Just wanted to let you know what a lovely afternoon tea we had with you today. This time we had your high tea. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. I brought my great-grandchildren with us today for a special celebration to bring in the New Year. They were quite impressed. On the way back to the car they asked several times, "When can we go again?" One said, "I could go there everyday!" Quite a compliment from young people ages 6 through 13 - both boys and girls. They were amazed at the beauty of the place. Even children notice all this is something very special. We did take time to talk about manners and the history of tea time. Even so the teenager said, "I really had fun." So did we adults. Thank you again for such a perfect way to spend an afternoon with family and friends.

This tearoom is adorable and tasty and one of the best places to have high tea and catch up with friends.

The setup, food and staff were great! Only gave 4 stars due to issues with tipping our servers. Tips are cash only. So make sure you bring cash or you'll be driving to the nearest ATM or cash back establishment like we did so our servers didn't get stiffed!

Great place for a relaxing tea or coffee. Nice bakery items. Some of the photos on here are of the old location down the street. This new location is excellent in the historic Williams/Leroy home. Very romantic and charming beautiful restored and decorated. The owner is an excellent host and really made our afternoon special. Thank you Lewis, will be back!

We held my daughter's bridal shower at this perfectly adorable venue and it was a fantastic experience in every aspect; I highly recommend!

The ambience of the home was perfect! Felt like we stepped back in time to have tea! Absolutely beautiful! High tea was quite enjoyable with great tasting tea, sandwiches, and pastries. The staff was friendly and attentive as well. Definitely recommend!

Amazing! The Tea House is beautifully adorned, delicious food, spectacular desserts, awesome service and obvious attention to detail. Perfect for just because, or to celebrate ? any event. We had High Tea and it was absolutely delightful ?

I was not pleased with booking process the reservation site should indicate that you are only requesting a reservation not making one. A business with such exclusive reservation process is not a small business I choose to support. It is sad not to get this information before making the decision to invite someone to what I thought would be a great experience. Way to promote local good will. As a true native I expected more. Beware when planning a special gift for someone.

My mother and I came here for mother's day high tea and it was wonderful! Very reasonably priced and we got plenty of food and tea! The ambiance was perfect from the unique place settings at each table to the historic house and period furniture. They had tables for up to 6 that I saw, both inside and on the porch. They may support more than 6 but I'm not sure. Either way I very much recommend for parties of any size! The service was just a tad slow but very pleasant!

Went for an early Mother's Day. Tea was great. Food was ok. However, my mother-in-law seen the server put used linen napkins back in the napkin holders and back on the table! Of course we had already used ours. Very unsanitary!

Quaint, delicious food, friendly efficient service. The baked desserts, scones and Tea Roses are one of a kind! YUM!

Lovely Queen Anne style classic teahouse. I’ve been here twice and the tea and the setting is great. Absolutely love all the unique place settings and different types of classic teacups and china that gets showcased. Highly recommend the Hummingbird cake and the chicken salad is quite good. I had a side salad with fresh greens and raspberry vinaigrette, which was very tasty. Ask for the dressing on the side, there was a pool of it on my plate that spilled over onto my sandwich. I really want to give this place a higher rating, but there’s a few fundamental things lacking for a really great teahouse. One is that the scones are not very good at all. I was hoping to find a more classic English scone selection, but these were flat and had a baking soda flavor. The other issue is, like many places, they seem to be having some staffing issues and so the service isn’t spectacular, but it wasn’t terrible. However, the owner seems to be taking this out on his staff and complaining about his staff to the customers which is unprofessional in my opinion. We were there twice in the span of three weeks, and this happened both times. It’s clear that the person who waited on us is quite new and has very little experience waiting on people, but complaining to your customers that your wait staff doesn’t know what they’re doing just makes the whole experience very uncomfortable.
