First off the food is always good my problem lies with the staff I was in Alachua and wanted to know if my favorite restaurant in high springs had any more clam chowder before I drove 5 miles out of my way for nothing I asked Google to call bevs burger cafe.. unbeknownst to me Google instead called Wendy's When the person answered I said to them Hey this is Sparky one of your regulars do you guys have any more clam chowder( now if you guys don't normally sell clam chowder the correct response should have been sir I'm sorry but I think you have the wrong number) Instead I got a who who is this ha ha you're funny and then hung up. So I called the number again this time I got some Spanish lady on the phone and I repeated my question Hey this is Sparky do you guys have any clam chowder all she did was laugh at me like a hyena then hang up when I got to my restaurant I was pretty pissed and I asked Hey did you guys answer the phone recently and When I traced the number I found out that it was Wendy's number and not Bev's number I have no idea but in the end I got laughed at and disrespected and I did not appreciate that The normal response would have been sorry sir I believe you have the wrong number check your numbers that would have been the right response but laughing in my face like a hyena and then hanging up was rude And now I am gonna call corporate and I'm gonna make a formal complaint the unprofessionalism that was presented to me by your people was absolutely ridiculous.

I went in and ordered the biggie bacon cheeseburger bag and alarmed crunch frosty my order came and no frosty I p aid by card and didn't pay attention to the total cashier said she didn't here me got in the car to eat tiny fry maybe 10 in box this store was a big letdown for wendys
