I went in and ordered the biggie bacon cheeseburger bag and alarmed crunch frosty my order came and no frosty I p aid by card and didn't pay attention to the total cashier said she didn't here me got in the car to eat tiny fry maybe 10 in box this store was a big letdown for wendys

I tried the new Wednesday meal and it was good. But the sauce was too spicy for me it had 2% scorpion pepper but the darker sauce was good which had 2% of ghost pepper. But I was pleased with the food and service.

This store is exceptionally filthy. Manager could care less. Doesn't even acknowledge me when I come in with a problem. The fries were wet and sopping with nasty smelling brown grease. The entire store from top to bottom is filthy. Not to mention they raised their prices and made all the portions smaller. Every single wendys from alachua, Waldo, Gainesville is absolutely disgusting.

I ordered a Carmel cold brew. The cream in it looked like cottage cheese. When I asked if I was supposed to chew my coffee the manager Celeste began mocking me and I could here it across the restaurant. I will never be returning to this store. Permanently lost my business. Was told the cream is supposed to be this way. I was completely grossed out.
