Last time we went in to dine the customer service was excellent. Not sure if it was the manager or not running the drive through for breakfast or not but she had one of the worst attitudes I’ve seen in a food establishment. And of course no name tags to know who she was but will not be using that Wendy’s again

I've been there twice and both times I ended up with a bad stomach the next day. And it seems to me that windy as a whole is like overpriced for the food.

Visited restaurant late in the evening and was greeted with a very hospitable crew member working the cash register. Other crew members ensured the order made by my family was complete as ordered.The store manager also professional intervened to reassured we got what we ordered. In addition to this, the restaurant dining area and the men's restroom were exceptional clean. The manager and the crew are to be commended. Highly recommend travelers visit if in the area.

There's no value to buying fast food anymore. It's overpriced for what you receive, except for the fries. When the bun is 10xthe size of the meat, it's time to cook your own meals.

The service was awful, the employee that serve us at the drive-thru wasn't servicial she was mad because they didn't take my order right and she with actitud. It wasn't kind or a pleasant situation for us. The supervisors had to put more effort showing how is a custumer service, at the end they depend of us The Custumers for the good of the franchise.

I got to say they was training a new guy and line was getting long on the wait but he did good stayed nice and polite when others was rude. My food was in bag on counter when I paid for my order very fast I will say great job for employees and will be back agine food was nice not soggy bread food was hotI'm very pleased

While visiting a friend who lives nearby, I stopped in to pick up a lunch for us. I usually get a "biggie bag" with a chicken sandwich. The food is tasty and a good value. The only negative is that the soft drinks were a little flat. I really like the self dispensing drink machines but they may have needed a CO2 refill.

Was not a customer but a dasher for DoorDash, my fiancé and I were driving around the store when one employee started yelling at him and threatened to beat him up then another employee threatened to poor hot water on him, and took a picture of my tag number then told a state trooper he was drunk. I don’t recommend anyone to this restaurant, EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND NASTY AND BALL FACED LIARS!!!!!
