Had adverse reaction to Zalad. Within 30 min experienced dizziness, headaches, nausea and sweating. I am sure there was a preservative or enhancer added. This can be dangerous

They will charge you $1.00 every time for Carmel sauce every time when you go drive through. It isn’t for extra sauces or caramel sauce. There is no signs as of why

Food was good. Employees good, except I got charged for a cup of ice!!! My power was out at home, from Helene, and i really didn't appreciate being charged a $1 for ice!!!!
Parking: Very expensive. The food was good. The employees were nice, depending on which on you got. AND parking....I park in the handicap parking right by the door, but you can't get out bc of drive thru traffic. Took forever to be able to leave!!!

The food from here is exactly what you would expect from Zaxby's. I will give them that. The food was hot and fresh, but the service in this place along with the demeanor of the employees was less than palatable, And if anything is wrong with your food, don't ask them to make it right because all you'll get is attitude. I would recommend any Zaxby's over the location in alachua on 441.

I’ve been going to this location for a number of years. Never had any issues. The last year or so there’s always an issue with my order and though most of the staff is pleasant, there are some really rude staff members. Elias is absolutely horrible at customer service and shouldn’t be working with customers. I’ve never left a review so this should let you know how horrible the service has become.
