Pleasantly surprised by Zaxby’s! Sunday we stopped in for a quick bite on our way to a campsite—our first time at Zaxby’s—and we were genuinely impressed. We shared the six-piece Chicken Finger Plate with coleslaw, fries, and toast. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. Their special sauce? Packed with flavor and absolutely delicious!
Although it’s a fast-food chain, the quality felt more like a casual sit-down spot. We’re not usually fans of fast food, but this was a high-quality alternative. Great food, fair prices, and friendly service. Thumbs up from us! 👍

We have eaten there since they opened always happy. We got 2 fried cobb salads. They were very small no egg, no bacon, no silverware. 11/1/25 about 5:00

What use to be my favorite zaxbys on this planet earth just turned into the worst zaxbys ill ever go to.... went through the drive thru paid for 40 dollars worth of food almost and got home to realize half of my meals are missing so I call them and try to explain yes I have a bit of an attitude but honestly who wouldn't running on 2 hours of sleep and 3 very hungry children with 2 of them missing half of their meals well I called them and I got to explaining and the manager will Smith is what he claims his name is just hangs up on me so at this point im irritated to all get out I drive back up there and start explaining like I was just on the phone yall hung up I just need fries for my babies well he kept trying to go back and forth with me and asking me for a recipt that did get given now that I look in my floor board but over half of it cant be read but beyond that I was like you didnt give me one because I was unsure about the one in my floor board and yes at this point im yelling and raising my voice because he refuses to even try to reason with me like some one isbtrying to get free fries when in reality no dawg I was just trying to get the fries that was owed to my babies well after some back and forth I state that ill be back in when the female gm is working because obviously this isn't working out and im yelling and I had tossed my phone on the counter with my bank statement stating I had just got food from there and they tell im going to be trespassed now for some one that comes in multiple times a week and spends 100's of dollars on zaxbys you would think they would find a better solution than to hang up on customers and if they would have just gave me the kids fries and not fought me I wouldn't have gotten irrate to begin with so now they blocked my number and refuse to let me speak to any one higher than them and now they are trying to say I cant come back. Absolutely insane and again if he would have just helped me instead of giving me a problem again I would have never gotten to a point I did inside that store... And to the female GM that works there baby you keep doing a great job running that place you have done amazing with getting it back to what it needs to be but baby them employees need better costumer service skills because the only reason they had me in the store yelling was because he hung up on me while I was addressing my concerns over the phone before going in there with the attitude and patience level of 0 I have today.. oh and you dont have to ban me because you dont have to worry about this family of 5 or 6 ever eating there again because if I cant come in my family isn't going in there either and thats all of our favorite fast food place!!!
