It is very important that you evaluate your employees before working and during work to prevent them from mistreating your clients, whether due to work or personal problems. I have been frequenting their restaurant chains as a customer for decades and this is the first time that we have had the unpleasant experience of mistreatment by their employees and in a very rude way. And on the other hand, it is important to take care of the appearance of the presentation of your dishes, whether when they bring it or when they make a correction for an error on the part of the person taking the order. It is necessary that you understand that you owe yourself to your audience and live off of it.

Food was good, service was the downfall Melissa was in a rush, does not even let you seat down and was she was asking for drinks… let me at least look at the menu… While taking the order she impatiently tapping on the table with her nails, very unpleasant. When leaving I looked at the other tables receipts and the tips were matching the service. Therefore we also undertip. For next time try not to let the customer see that your are un a Rush. Happy Holidays!

Not going lie every since the old manager left the food has not been the best my order is always messed up and I have to get it fix. The spanish guy manager does do his job and try to correct everything. He seems to genuinely care I appreciate that much but still whoever is in the kitchen just do not do a good job at making orders. Also the younger workers always seem to have an attitude when you let them know the order wrong. It’s like you can’t tell them something is messed up without them getting offended. Things here have not been the best. Moving forward i think i would just go to Waffle House or somewhere else

When they charge over $9 for a short stack of pancakes. It can't cost them more than 27 cents as a corporation. It's absurd and it's been over 5 years at that price point this isn't COVID this is pure corporate greed. I feel it's $799 it's still a ridiculous price but the customer gets to save and the corporation still makes a fortune but they like to price gouge That's why all of your stores are not filled up like they were in the '80s and '90s because you guys are absurd with your prices stay away go anyplace but here
