On one order my son asked for hard fried eggs had to return not hard at all. I order my eggs over easy n were to slimy. Had to ask for crayons n coloring paper to keep kids calm. Had to ask twice. Server was not on tune.

Place needs cleaning! Glass partitions and windows are filthy! Coffee decanters need cleaning. Food was very slow and pancakes were not throughly cooked. People arriving were ignored until only one server would seat

I was excited to visit IHOP today as it was the first stop planned for my bday weekend. Not being from here and recently moving here from the midwest, I hoped for a slice of home, a birthdayn tradition I cherish with my family every year. This year they are miles away. But from the moment I asked about the birthday pancakes, things went downhill. The server seemed clueless.The wait dragged on. After sharing the Bday email with the server she let me know that I needed a code. When I finally managed to get the code for the free pancakes, it was all for nothing - apparently, my pancakes were already part of the meal. I have never had an issue and because I am pescatarian I have ordered the same meal every visit- no coded needed. Frustrated and disheartened, I asked for the manager, hoping for some understanding or resolution. I was informed that it may be a wait and I was willing to but unfortunately the server returned without the manager and a message that there was nothing they could do.All I got was an apology from the server. It wasn't just about the pancakes; it was about feeling connected to something familiar, something comforting. But instead, I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth.IHOP used to symbolize warmth and tradition for me, but now it's tainted by this very disappointing experience. It's a shame that IHOP was not willing to do one simple gesture. It could have changed my experience and kept my as a loyal customer. This place felt nothing like home and it truly saddens me.

I ordered delivery of the Cali turkey melt twice in the last week. The first time I had the fruit for my side which came in a condiment size container. For $15 I expected an expected more fruit but the sandwich was ok. I ordered it again today but with onion rings. The bread was burnt abd it tasted rancid. I couldn’t eat it at all and gave it to my dog. No more IHOP for me. Poor quality and seriously give a little more fruit!!

The place was pretty much empty, waiting for breakfast for 2 people 45 minutes and we were almost leaving , I asked for flavored creamer he never comes back and then when I inquire about it he said sorry I forgot to tell you we don't have any, then I asked for over medium eggs and they were running, really over easy.I won't be back again.Terrible food and service.
