So I ordered Tuscan Parmesan Half chicken, mac amd cheese, and mashed potatoes. I was charged for the sauce that was supposed to be in my chicken, but you all just gave me the original chicken with no parmesan sauce. On top of that, they were only taking cash since their machine was broke. I used to go to Boston Market all the time but this visit was terrible. The chicken was sooooo dry. And it tasted nothing like the origin chicken. Plus the mashed potatoes did not taste like they usually do. They tasted like boxed mashed potatoes. And on the menu pics, it shows the spiral mac and cheese. But instead I got the driest mac and cheese ever, and it was elbow. Reminded me of tv dinner mac and cheese, it was awful. I should have opened up my bag and looked at my food before I left drive thru. I would have had them fix it if I did not realize until I was all the way home. Such an inconvenience. Did you all change your mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, go back to the original ones, much better. I want a refund. And they had chocolate cake pictured on menu and guy at window said they stop selling it a while ago. Then maybe take it off your menu.

I ordered Uber eats last night from here because i hadn't had this food in over 4years i remember the food being good but the Mac and chessse taste like absolute shit i even tried to save its life with seasoning and it was not cutting it! The corn also has no season it's like they put a can a corn directly on my plate. Last time i check doesn't mash potatoes come with gravy like where the hell was mine with them dry ass cotton potato's !!???????? I guess they didn't have ribs because they gave me double chicken like if i wanted double chicken i would have ordered double chicken! This place absolutely sucks and theyCompletely fell off DONT SPEND UR MONEY HERE UNLESS U LIKE THAT BLAND FOOD TASTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boston Market on 436 has really gone downhill. Food overcooked doesn't seem fresh and always understaffed. I used to love the food and service. So sad. The only item I would recommend is the chicken pot pie (if you like that sort of thing), but must catch them when their fresh. You can tell many have been sitting under heat lamps for some time.

You can tell brought it back several times and today I went in there and they did the same thing. And the sides are really bad smelling. And also the gravy is like gel formed and smells like a dead animal.

The pictures on the menu still show the spiral noodles like the Mac n cheese use to be. It is not even relatively similar. All the food tastes completely bland and disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Chicken was drier than the desert. Broccoli was soft and mushy. Mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box. Sweet potato casserole was watery and had no toppings.
Went to this location to dine in. I had told my daughter Boston Market is nice because they use real plates when you eat there. Food was served on disposable plastic plates. Okay. That's fine.Food was absolutely terrible. The chicken was slightly pink, the sweet potatoes were watery (for some odd reason, the server told us a new batch was coming right out while still giving us the remnants of the old batch), the mashed potatoes tasted like vegetables (like they used the same water to prepare both) and the Mac and Cheese, which is spiral in every other location, looked like the kind you get out of a box from Kraft. Just a terrible experience. I know now to avoid this location.

Wow. Used to love Boston Market but now they're just BM! Went at 6pm and the place was empty. They apparently don't make the food fresh in store anymore and it tastes like it. "Mystery Meat"-loaf had a weird taste to it, potatoes seemed packaged and gravy was bland. They've eliminated half the tables but that doesn't seem to be a problem since nobody is eating in. While I was there, 3 people came in and left without ordering anything and half of their menu boards are empty since their selection is now very limited. BM used to be my favorite place for meatloaf and chicken carver sandwiches. Since they don't cook the chicken in store anymore I can only assume the chicken is as bad as the meatloaf is now.

Was there at 12:30 on Friday afternoon. I expected it to be busy but it was dead (should have been my first indication). They were out of stuff that I ordered but I did have 3 different chicken orders (actually quite simple). When it came to paying it got so messed up but it didn't help that I had 3 different people working on my order. After I paid and was waiting for my husband's sandwich (which ended up being on stale bread), the 3rd person questioned my order and what I was charged for. Now turns out aht I owed them any additional $20. If I had been smart, I would have told them to keep their food and refund what I already paid. Trust me it was no worth what I paid for -- we threw part of it out shortly after I got home. The topper was the blasting rap music playing from their speaker which would have been more appropriate at the end of the day. We used to love it there but never again!

Just moved back to Florida and thought I’d go there for home cooking flavor with drive through convenience.Sandwich had no condiments whatsoever, dry and bland. Chicken bowl with mashed potatoes & mac $ cheese had no gravy or butter and home microwave mac & cheese has more flavor than theirs did.Wasted $20 on this, I don’t think I’ll be eating at Boston Market again. Very disappointed! ☹️
