“The food at this establishment is great, however, the service is not good. The barista had the best attitude overall(blond curly hair in front and brown in the back with glasses) but the female manager (middle aged women with dark hair and ponytail ) and the waiter, seemed like they didn’t want to do their job. The manager was very rude to me, but she was nice to the person that I was with who is of a lighter skin tone. So if you’d like to eat here I’d recommend take out if you have a darker complexion like myself.“

“I was greeted by Preston who gave some recommendations and also let me know they actually make their boba fresh. They make it in the store and don't ship it in and just stick it in water! You can taste the difference! They also have coffee and fruit tea and guess what else? Taiyaki! I had the Jasmine milk tea which was delicious and red beans taiyaki. “First time checking the place out—loved the menu. It’s been a while since I’ve seen anything different.

I bought the Taro Latte and King Brûlée, both with oat milk and at full sweetness. Both were excellent and I totally forgot to take pics since I had to drive but this was worth it.

Service was good too and at the time I went, it was pretty quiet. Looks like the perfect place to study and work.

My daughter and I went to the St. John's location where we ordered cocoa waffle, plain Korean chicken, coconut blue, peach green tea with Crystal pearl, fried French toast and a cute plush. We drove all the way back to town from Archer to get it again tonight. Strawberry puffle with extra strawberries, mini stroop waffles and vanilla gelato. 20/10 would recommend. Also, as someone who is lactose sensitive, gelato is way easier on my stomach than ice cream!“

“Today my daughter and I enjoyed Mother’s Day tea at this lovely tea room. From the moment we walked in, you could feel the warmth and friendliness from the staff. We were greeted right away and taken to our table. My daughter tried a caramel tea and I tried a Hawaiian tea, both were excellent. The food was nothing short of spectacular. A special treat today was the live harp that was being played when we walked in. What a very special touch for Mother’s Day. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner and what a true gem she is. Owning this tea room is her passion and it shows in every detail. I would highly recommend anyone to come enjoy this charming tea room!“

“The boba was cooked well and delicious. I got a twisted or tornado slush. Basicallt strawberry with cream cheese. It wasn't too sweet which was nice since other places I tried in orlando are too sweet. It was 8.50 for a medium which feels too pricey. When a drink is the same price as a quick service meal, it's challenging to indulge frequently.
A tall frapp is like $6.50. Nothing is priced sensibly after covid.

“I came in today and I honestly am pleasantly surprised at how amazing this place was. The service is beyond good. The gentlemen today made little samples of our drinks to make sure we like the sweetness of our drinks before giving it to us to make sure we enjoyed it. “Shen Tea has a wide selection of drinks starting at $4.75 (plus tax). The Yuan Yang coffee, a combination of Vietnamese coffee and black tea, is moderately sweet and refreshing. The shop could use some seating up front instead of a display of stuffed toys.“

“My favorite boba spot in Orlando, and I've tried a pretty good number. At the very least I'm pretty sure I got everything on Mills.
Clean and pretty, not too expensive, and yet their tea flavors, toppings, and recommended combinations are the best.
I get 50% sweetness and 50% ice. I think getting less ice means you get more foam.“

“A lot of the signature series of shaved ice are vegan. I loved the one with taro and grass jelly. Most of the tofu puddings are as well. The boba pearls don’t have honey added to them like most boba shops do so there’s lots of options for drinks.“

“The girl at the counter let me know that I could get a hot Tea-Presso since it was cold outside. I tired a hot jasmine green tea with milk and boba. I would have preferred a stronger flavor but it was pretty good and VERY hot. My daughter got Thai iced tea milk tea with boba and her friend got a mango milk tea. They said their drinks were really good. It seemed a little pricey but the drinks were big. My other daughter got a Nutella brownie and it was tasty.“

The woman who serves me is always so nice and genuine.I told her I’ve never tried taro tea before while we were taking and she gave me a free sample when she came back out with my drink.(The taro is great btw it’s now one of my favorites!)Also when you ask for extra boba they actually give you an extra serving of boba! “I make a point to come here AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK because iTea has the BEST ROSE MILK TEA! It actually tastes like real roses that was brewed into the tea and not some artificial rose flavor add-on! In fact, I am pretty sure it is brewed with real roses because more than once I had gone early when they were opening for the day, and I had to wait a bit for the tea to be ready. So, yes, I am sure the rose flowers are brewed with the tea rather than an artificial liquid flavor add-on like most places do. I have not had an issue with customer service at all. The staff have always been friendly and polite with me. And, I will continue my weeks Rose Milk Tea visits indefinitely! (^_^)“

We did pay extra, but tonight, we went and ordered the same thing, as we always do, we pay the extra without ice, but now the drinks are laced with water and they taste like nothing. “Oh my gosh this joint was everything!!! We drove up from Jax, Fl to try this place and it didnt disappoint. When you first walk in you don’t even feel like you’re in orlando, the decor and setting was wild! The music playing in the back ground matched the vibes and really made it an immersive experience. The food- 10/10 holy hell, everything was fresh and fantastic. DD was so kind and attentive! We will definitely be back!
