“Today my daughter and I enjoyed Mother’s Day tea at this lovely tea room. From the moment we walked in, you could feel the warmth and friendliness from the staff. We were greeted right away and taken to our table. My daughter tried a caramel tea and I tried a Hawaiian tea, both were excellent. The food was nothing short of spectacular. A special treat today was the live harp that was being played when we walked in. What a very special touch for Mother’s Day. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner and what a true gem she is. Owning this tea room is her passion and it shows in every detail. I would highly recommend anyone to come enjoy this charming tea room!“

“My favorite Thai restaurant whenever I am in Sanford, FL to visit my family. The Thai Cafe is operated by a lovely couple. It is quite authentic and super fresh. The food from the kitchen is prepared lovingly by the wife, the husband (and sometimes their son) prepares the smoothies and the drinks. Be warned the spice level is a bit hotter so you might want to take it down a notch. Go and support this local business!!“

“Went to Ice-Spot Lake Mary tonight for the second time and it was absolutely wonderful!! My family had a great time and the customer service was phenomenal! Everything was delicious, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience! “They charge the listing price for the boba drinks only if you order them with ice. When we started to order them without ice, they started to charge us extra. We did pay extra, but tonight, we went and ordered the same thing, as we always do, we pay the extra without ice, but now the drinks are laced with water and they taste like nothing. Horrible horrible business model. Don't let yourself be tricked. I'm giving it 2 stars because the original recipe was excellent.“

“I was greeted by Preston who gave some recommendations and also let me know they actually make their boba fresh. They make it in the store and don't ship it in and just stick it in water! You can taste the difference! They also have coffee and fruit tea and guess what else? Taiyaki! I had the Jasmine milk tea which was delicious and red beans taiyaki. This was a good combination of sweet and savory. All was fabulous! Service by both Preston and Angelica was amazing!“

“We LOVE Teapioca and have been loyal customers since soft opening. Everything we’ve ever had here is delicious. We love the light fluffy snowyn, but their teas are downright craveable. Each month there is a new featured drink, and some have become lasting favorites... My kiddo loves April’s drink (butterfly pea tea with lavender), Thai Tea and Taro Tea are always solid go tos, Peachy Lemon Liz is so herby and refreshing… Also hooked on Raspberry Black Cream Blastea. You just can’t go wrong. Everyone who works at Teapioca is friendly and helpful. We’re so fortunate to have this amazing local business so close to home. They have fun events like crochet classes, parties, and crafts as well. 🧋 💜“

“This was my first visit, but will not be my last! My daughter and I went to the St. John's location where we ordered cocoa waffle, plain Korean chicken, coconut blue, peach green tea with Crystal pearl, fried French toast and a cute plush. Total was about 50$ before tip. All of it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and the inside was clean.“

“I’ve always loved bestea, I’ve been going since basically when they opened, always been my fav restaurant but recently they’ve changed owners! Everything is still good, just a bit different! They’ve changed the flavors of certain things so, things don’t taste as fresh anymore. All the new people are super friendly there though and the sushi I got was good!“

“Whoever is in the kitchen in this place really knows what he is doing. Best Ramen in town by far. Servuce was amazing for a Friday night and all tho a little small for a place the atmosphere was very pleasant. Also we tried the rice bowl General chicken and spring rolls and they were really good as well. For sure 5 stars.“
