Today, however, was not so good: the floor was dirty, the tables were not clean, my wife's coffee order was forgotten, no napkins were provided with the order, and no napkins were in the napkin holders on the counter. When I brought the dirty floor to the attention of the person who took my order, he showed no concern. An additional staff member entered the shop and observed the dirty floor and tables, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to take action. I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. After my wife and I finished our meal (20 minutes), still no floor or table cleanup took place. I wanted to share this as I love this business and would not want new customers to lose the opportunity to love it if this may have been their first experience. I tried to reach out via the Contact Us form on your website, but it does not allow a comment to be submitted. I continue to be a huge fan of CFS and will see you tomorrow.”

“Went to Ice-Spot Lake Mary tonight for the second time and it was absolutely wonderful!! My family had a great time and the customer service was phenomenal! Didn't realize the Cesar salad was an upgrade including anchovies and bacon. The waiter was very attentive.”

“Today my daughter and I enjoyed Mother’s Day tea at this lovely tea room. From the moment we walked in, you could feel the warmth and friendliness from the staff. We were greeted right away and taken to our table. My daughter tried a caramel tea and I tried a Hawaiian tea, both were excellent. The food was nothing short of spectacular. A special treat today was the live harp that was being played when we walked in. What a very special touch for Mother’s Day. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner and what a true gem she is. Owning this tea room is her passion and it shows in every detail. I would highly recommend anyone to come enjoy this charming tea room!”

The food was absolutely delicious, the wine was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and inviting — the kind of place where you can actually settle in and enjoy the evening.

It has that charming neighborhood feel that makes you want to tell people about it, while secretly hoping it never becomes too crowded. We had such a lovely experience and will absolutely be back many times in the future.

If you’re local and haven’t tried Cork & Olive yet, do yourself a favor and go. This little place deserves plenty of love and support!”

I added fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lime, which brought everything together nicely. We also shared some spring rolls, which were crispy and fresh. A comforting meal that really hit the spot.”

I did take some points off on the review because it took over an hour for our food to come out. When we sat down there were only 3 other tables seated and dispute the waitress walking by the table multiple times she never once stopped and acknowledged the delay or indicated she would check on the kitchen.”

When I ordered it told me it would be delivered within an hour which was perfect. A few moments later I got a text message saying it was going to be 2 hours. Because of this I called to cancel and spoke with Justine. She was great and canceled the order for me. About 20 minutes later she called back to let me know that they deliver in house vs using DoorDash when using the website and that next time we should call to order to skip the third party. The fact that she called me back to tell me this is such great customer service. She needs to be given all the praise or a raise 👀🤣. Fast forward to tonight when I called to place a deliver order, she remembered me and was so great again. Even called the manager to see if they would deliver a little farther out of their radius. I seriously could not recommend you guys enough.”

Let’s talk cleanliness… SPOTLESS, especially the restroom. I’m pretty sure you could eat off the floor—but don’t, because the smoothies are way better. Everything looked fresh, organized, and cared for, which honestly makes the whole experience even more refreshing (pun intended).

And the smoothie? Absolute perfection. Tasted like vacation in a cup.

Ive never eaten inside, so I can’t speak much to the dine in atmosphere, but it seems like it would work well for a small party or for grabbing a quick bite while youre in the area. Overall, its more of a convenient, casual spot than somewhere would go specifically for the experience.”

“Huge rave!!!! I just got home from dinner and have never been more pleased. I have Celiac Disease and a wheat allergy. My server, Sydney C., was knowledgeable about the GF options and even double checked with her manager. She even brought up cross contamination before I did and assured me it would not be an issue. I was actually able to enjoy a meal with my family at a restaurant, which is not something I have been able to do in a long time. Thank you so much for being so accommodating. We will definitely be coming back.”

Everything was fresh and nicely presented, with flavorful combinations and good-quality ingredients. We also tried the gyoza, which had a crispy outside and savory filling. A great spot for a relaxed Japanese meal with plenty of variety.”
