“Great little ice cream shop. Was promptly greeted by staff upon entry. Very friendly and helpful as we had not been to this establishment. Tried their jail break speciality ice cream combination and it was excellent. Can definitely see myself returning especially given the brutal FL weather.“

“This place and employees were fantastic! They really made our terrible day better. We accidentally left our leftovers in the store and the kid working searched the entire parking lot for us! Thank you menchies for the sweet treat at the end of our exhausting day.“

“Our family stopped in for some delicious Phoebe’s ice cream this evening. We had a hard time choosing as there are so many amazing flavors, so we each got doubles… Vanilla, orange dream, amaretto chip, dulce de leche, and chocolate brownie did not disappoint. The people and atmosphere are both lovely. We enjoyed sitting for a spell to enjoy our treats. 🐈 🍨 💜“

“I ordered 2 love it sized items for delivery , when they delivered I found they had filled two kids sized cups and put them in the like it cups to make it look like they filled a larger cup when they did not give me at all what I paid for which was two of the love it size .
EDIT : the owner reached out to me directly and was very kind and helpful , correcting the issue . Great customer service“

“pretty good stuff! but they need to relocate! that's a teeny tiny entrance. and I'd suggest having another menu sign further down so we can decide while waiting in line, especially for newbies like us! overall, great service & great products !“

I've honestly never had ice cream that good. I've gone here before but it wasn't really good but we tried it again and idk these guys had the ice cream magic touch. “Was nice to see a Rita's on our family trip to Orlando. Being a Philly native, we grew up on Rita's during the Summer. Apparently this store just opened up and we were very happy to have stopped. Very friendly staff and the product never disappoints. Support the Sanford Ritas Florida residents and those traveling through the area.“

“Such a great experience at this Cold Stone! Shay was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made our visit so enjoyable. The ice cream was delicious, and I was especially excited to see that they offer vegan options! It’s not always easy to find tasty dairy-free treats, so this was such a pleasant surprise. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. We’ll absolutely be back. Thank you, Shay, for the wonderful service!“
