“Go visit this branch in Maitland! The staff here are happy. You will be amazed by the customer service from Hayden and Marquiz. I had a cumbersome order, shyly before 10p onn12/2/24, and they joyfully carried it out as they were closing. It is so refreshing to still have genuine, respectful customer service. I really felt valued. Jeremiah's should be proud that they represent the company with such integrity.

“So we are from Maine here in Orlando on vacation. My son found this place on the internet and we were a bit skeptical of it. On our last day in Orlando we decided to give it a try and I am SO GLAD we did. This place was awesome. The ice cream was VERY good. I got a small portion of the Cuban Coffee ice cream with almonds, heath and hot fudge and I regret getting a small. It was so good I ordered another small one. The staff was very friendly Avery and Mia were very helpful and were very knowledgeable when we had questions. They was such a good selection of flavors and toppings which would accommodate any one frok kids to adults. They even had vegan options for those who are into that. Overall great experience 10/10 recommend giving it a try as we do t have anything unique like this in Maine.

“Thank you for serving my family 10/13 for an after dinner treat after eating at "Tasty Wok" (next door, amazing food for anyone wondering). I ordered the Halo Halo, Ube Brownie and two different scoops of ice cream on a waffle cone. Amazing flavors, exotic, original, whatever else you want to call it. “We randomly stopped in today after eating sushi next door. I had never had gelato before and we quickly went in not knowing what to expect. It was amazing. The owners were behind the counter and let us try different flavors, and then turned me on (& educated me) about the original gelato flavor, Stracciatella. So yummy. The food was great, but the service even better. It would be a great place for a date or just to hang out & do homework. Their sidewalk environment was really sweet.“

“Stopped in as I was in the mood for ice cream. I learn that it is a local, family owned shop, the guy serving me runs the place with his father. It was fairly clean and he was super friendly.
I ordered a brownie sunday and I appreciated the brownie being warmed without requesting so, it heightened the overall experience. Prices were also fairly reasonable.
Others in the shop order the bubble waffles which seemed to be their specialty and there was nothing but positive feedback. Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the mood for a sweet treat.“

“i love jeremiah’s and when i was in the hospital for anaphylactic shock last week all i wanted when i got out was a bullfrog sized smores gelati!!! I also go to this shop all the time and it’s always super clean plus service is quick and efficient even if there’s a rush. i also like that they are dog friendly and serve free pup cups! as you can see even my cat likes Jeremiah’s 😹

Dietary restrictions: They do rinse their scooping tools between orders but ultimately the scooping tools are used interchangeably with all the italian ice flavors. I have a serve peanut allergy myself and i’ve never had an issue with allergen cross contamination at this location. If you’re feeling unsure just ask the server to use an unused scoop for your italian ice/gelati order. The ice cream comes from a soft serve machine and has no potential for allergen cross contamination.“

“Softserve on Tayaki was great, and it’s nice they added savory flavors to the menu. Ube is a bit too sweet and I can’t taste much Ube flavor, it’s prob food color or powder, but it’s more photo worthy than the taste I guess. Atmosphere is great with cute deco in the shop. The only down side is the wait time in a tiny space, it’s over 30mins until we get our food around 5pm on Saturday.“

“Five starts really for food, service, and atmosphere..... I just had to knock down one star because we like to pay cash... and that is not an option at this location.

My daughters, their friend and I decided to hit the hot Florida pavement with a bike ride and run with grand plans to end with a scoop of ice cold ice-cream!

Upon arrival I cannot tell you how my daughter's hot red melting faces first lit up with excitement and then quickly dropped when we realized you all do not accept cash at that location.  Believe it or not, we are a cash pay family and only own one credit card which often doesn't leave the home.  We were hot, sad and didn't know what to do.

The employee at the shop, Riley, quickly turned things around with her calm gentle smile.  She helped me solve our woes by finding a way to download an app, call a friend for a credit card etc.... while simultaneously distracting my girls with a sample and patience in picking out the sample.  And she figuratively "threw the cherry on top" when she announced that they carry GLUTEN FREE CONES! My daughter rarely gets to partake in the cones when we are out because of her allergy - but not today. There is no way we would have been able to quench our expected reward with ice cream today if it wasn't for Riley - our exciting trip ended in wonder rather than sorrow.  She is a gem of an employee in every way.  From kindness, respect, patience and joy, not to mention a great role model for my daughters.  She surely deserves a raise and praise.  I can imagine facing people with the same problem on a regular basis, it could become tiring to be the bearer of bad news - but not for Riley. Please bring back cash.... and definitely keep Riley at the shop!

“I brought my granddaughter to Nan N Pops on Friday and she absolutely loved the Zack’s say cheesecake bubble waffle. She had a hard time trying to decide what to get from all the offerings. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She enjoyed herself so much that she wants to make Nan N Pops our “Friday Girls Night Out” place to go.
