“I haven't been to this location in a while, but have always enjoyed stopping by! The staff is very friendly, the place is always clean & bright, and the location is very convenient.
This time I tried one of their 'Candy Shoppe' flavors, the Blue Razz, a blue raspberry flavor with vanilla ice cream with colorful Nerds candy. It was delicious and a great addition to their menu!“

“This Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream store in Windermere is always clean, inviting and the staff is welcoming. They also designate what items contain gluten on their menu, and for those of us with Celiac Disease, all you have to do is ask them to get your scoops from an unused ice cream bin in the back (to avoid cross contamination) and they do it with no hassle. It’s wonderful to be able to ask for accommodations and not feeling like a burden by doing so. Thank you for the family like atmosphere and high quality, delicious ice cream. ??⭐️“

“Love the ice cream from brusters my only complaint is the fact when you order a pup cup they give you like a very mini drop of vanilla ice cream expect to give it to my dog I was like really that’s what you’re giving me … No I’ll pay you for a cup of ice cream then was told we don’t have whip cream seriously why would I give my dog whip cream over real ice cream so either fix this or I’ll take my business somewhere else plus my blast I got tonite wasn’t all that you’ve done better so Brusters get with the program and do better !!!!“

“We came here twice during our recent trip to Orlando because of how good it was. The owner is very generous; he let us try a bunch of flavors without hesitation before deciding; it's refreshing to be welcomed with a smile and treated hospitably these days. The flavors are AMAZING and the Italian ice is very light on the stomach which makes for a great evening dessert for the entire family. The prices are also very good for the quality which encouraged me to get a bigger cup with more flavors ? and even get seconds during one of our visits so we could enjoy more flavors ?. Highly recommend; we would come all the time if we lived here.

Kid-friendliness: The owner was very kind and playful with our daughter. He happily offered her several sample spoons before she ultimately decided on "the pink one" as always.“

“My daughter is very picky with ice cream and saw a Facebook ad requesting we go. We went and ordered 4 different things in the hopes she’d eat something. She finished her entire ice cream and literally gave it a thumbs up. Usually she eats 1-2 bites and says she’s done. My 2 year old swapped between his and mine because he couldn’t decide what was better. My husband finished his first and doesn’t usually eat ice cream. We got strawberry sorbet, Greek yogurt, Belgium chocolate, chocolate hazelnut Oreo-one was made into a sandwich nothing but deliciousness!“

“The ice cream is good, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. However, the line can get really long and moves VERY slowly. I wish they would reopen the inside - the window service is not at all efficient having just one place to order, pay, wait, and receive your ice cream.

Also be warned, the hours are limited. Typically only open Thursday through Sunday 1pm to 7:45 or 8:45 depending on the day.“

“I’m Stanley and Christal is my wife, I work as one of the managers over at Men’s Wearhouse and she at Planet Smoothie. I would just love to say for almost 2 years of us shopping here Raf and Leo have been the absolute best when it comes to overall customer service. We bring our child over here and he loves the desserts. Even when I don’t come for buying desserts I just love the environment they give to me and their other customers besides me and my wife. Hope they get far into the company and to keep up the great work.“

“Definitely delicious custard if you get it fresh. Don't order what's in the freezer case. It's been there a long time and tastes freezer burnt. There is a 2fer price, but was not honored. Also, the outdoor seating area is always a mess with melted custard everywhere. I feel management needs to make sure their employees show some pride in the store.“

“We had a voucher for which we got 4 scoops of ice cream and a nice cooler bag from Honeydukes that you can't buy anywhere else.

We asked if we could have 2 balls each in a cup, but the salesman insisted on putting each ball individually in a cup, which we found a bit strange.

The chocolate ice cream is very, very good and really one of the best I've had in a long time.

“Always a great stop by to be in here! Clean, presentable items. Outside of franchisee control but they were down a flavor from their full array — one of the flavors was “come back soon!”. I also am disappointed in their rewards system — it seems like it takes ages to get any sort of rewards. The employees were kind and helpful, and stayed open to accommodate everyone. Always a fun stop with new exciting flavors to try.

P.S. I don’t know how true it is, but they claim to be one of the last locations to still serve samples. Bonus points!“

“My beloved spot for the orange-vanilla swirl ice cream! I dream it about it all year until I visit and it’s just as good as I remember it every time. It’s better than Dole Whip in my opinion (don’t judge me). The I Lava You float is also amazing but I just really like the simple cup of swirl after a visit to the Tiki Room“

“Atmosphere-4 stars- Small location tucked away in the Flamingo Village Shopping center. I believe this is a fairly new location. Very clean. Not busy at all. Couple of tables inside.

Service- 4 stars- one girl working behind the counter. She was friendly.

Food- 4 stars- I’m not a Big Ben and Jerry’s fan however I got a Oreo shake which was very good- tasted like an ice cream sandwich shake.“

“We went to the store today because we had seen it on channel 6 news a few weeks back. We thought it was such a cute little store and wanted to visit. We had an assortment of different things (ice cream, fudge, cinnamon roll) and all of it was great! We also loved talking to Tina about her store, the area, and my favorite thing, Disney! “Cold Stone is a nice, safe bet for good ice cream. This visit was no exception. This store did have an added twist, they are also a part of the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory (the store with the caramel apples). We managed to beat the crowd. The staff in the store was nice and friendly.

“Great place to get a snack or a treat, while I was there right outside was a parade which was fun to watch and eat. I recommend getting a table before the parade because it gets really busy during and right before the parade. I got the turkey leg, a lot of people love it but it was not for me. The other people I was with loved it though so I recommend trying it if you have not had it.
