“Great place to get a snack or a treat, while I was there right outside was a parade which was fun to watch and eat. I recommend getting a table before the parade because it gets really busy during and right before the parade. I got the turkey leg, a lot of people love it but it was not for me. The other people I was with loved it though so I recommend trying it if you have not had it.Vegetarian options: A lot of fruits.Dietary restrictions: They have different kinds of fruits for dietary restrictions also.Parking: Hundreds of parking spotsKid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible“
“If you are going to the very Merry Christmas party then don't pass up the opportunity to enjoy this holiday exclusive treat-Santa's belt buckle! It is served during party hours only. Inside the buckle is a pistachio filling along with a chocolate mousse filling.Don't let the small size fool you! It is extemely filling. Would love to see this thing offered during the daylight hours It is so rich and so good!Sunshine tree terrace specializes in dole whip creations including soft serve and floats. You can even get an orange bird sipper here. Great treat to enjoy during the party!“
“Disney magic kingdom Storybook Treats Seasonal Princess Ice Cream is a must-try! I got the Aurora Cone in April 2024, loaded with strawberry and soft drink flavors and white chocolate crispy pearls. It's got a nice tanginess to it and comes in a massive size for $7. Definitely worth a try!“
“We've come here a few times now and we would definitely return here every time we're at Disney Springs. Swirls on the Water is located on the east side of the complex and it's an outdoor kiosk that has a variety of Dole whips. You can get the regular ones, but they always have a special cone as well as a special trio and we always get one of each so we can try all of the flavors. The prices are also very reasonable and it's a great place to snag a very fun dessert!“
“This is such a great spot. Perfect little walk up bar right by Everest. We’ve never waited in line but we’ve always ended up seeing a line after we’ve ordered so maybe that’s just luck of the draw. The bartenders are really great and can make accommodations upon request. For example, there was a drink I was really interested in but it had whiskey and I’m just not a fan. She recommended a replacement and adjusted the recipe accordingly. It was amazing and I ended up going back for a second. The only reason I can’t give all 5 stars and I truly believe Disney waters down its booze (and I get why, but it offends me lol)“
“It's probably the best place to grab a coffee ice cream combo for disney.Every park has hot or iced coffee for about 3.79, but here you can get a coffee under soft serve ice cream for about 6.70.It's a great combo for coffee drinkers out there, especially in the hot flordia weather!!“
“We picked up the Yeti Sundae and it was just what we needed on a hot day. Snow capped chocolate ice cream piled as high as the Himalayas with blue frost sprinkles and a Yeti chocolate lurking on the tip. (Snow is made with vanilla ice cream)“
“The customer service at Lickety split exceeds expectations. The staff if super friendly, especially the manager, Jordyn who went above and beyond to ensure their customers were well taken care of.The morning date smoothie is my absolute favourite and I highly recommend it. Thank me later.“
“This Icecream shop is adorable and has wonderful workers! When I asked if they had vegan options the store manager came over to show me the binder of options for food allergies. I was pleasantly surprised to see a few options for vegan icecream! Not only did the manager help me with my options, he made sure the process of making the icecream was free from contamination of dairy products and served me the Tofutti icecream with sprinkles and a cherry on top!“
“Dinosaur Gertie's Ice Cream is a roaring good time! The flavors are dino-mite, from classic vanilla to out-of-this-world chocolate swirl. The waffle cones are crispy and the portions are dino-sized. The kids loved the fun atmosphere and the chance to cool off in the Florida heat. It's a great spot for a tasty treat after exploring Hollywood Studios. Don't miss out on this prehistoric delight!“
“Sundaes used to be bigger and less expensive. Since they put them in plastic cups quite a bit smaller!!! Good quality but just so expensive. Friendly service. But no seating inside, and when it's a hot humid Florida day even in the shade outside is really uncomfortable and ice cream melts fast!!!“
“Skip the next three paragraphs if you don’t want to read my little rant. ?Let me tell you a little story… Years and years (20 years) ago, WDW used to have “off seasons” where you could go to the resorts and ask if you could park and have lunch/dinner or just enjoy the resort’s shopping and atmosphere. Now, you need a hotel or dining reservation to be able to park there or it’s too bad, so sad. I get it because it’s a way to get into the parks easier without paying for parking, but as someone who absolutely loves and enjoys the resorts, it’s frustrating! (Not all resorts.)Well, during that lovely era, we’d often go to the Beach Club and walk into Beaches and Cream (without a reservation), sit at the counter, eat some of the best grilled chicken sandwiches, share a sundae, walk around the boardwalk and call it a lovely time. The menu changed and the chicken sandwiches were no longer great and I don’t think they sell Edy’s ice cream anymore and it tastes different. So we stopped going (and it was harder to get reservations).Imagine my surprise when I found myself at the Dolphin Resort and I saw this restaurant just plunked down in the middle of a hallway, and it looked like a little diner/soda shop. You could even sit at the counter! I decided to give it a chance.I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich (which comes with fries). It was delicious. I might have done a little dance while I ate it. And! They sell ice cream, sundaes, and shakes. I didn’t try any of the ice cream this trip but I will try it again, this time with my family. This was lunch, I was seated quickly, I didn’t need a reservation, the staff was very nice. If you can’t get into Beaches and Cream, go here. It’s better. Also, they played good music. ? it was 90’s-00’s pop and some grunge. When I was first seated, Soundgarden’s Black Hole Sun was playing. It was like I went back in time. There’s something liminal about the Swan and Dolphin.“
“Dole whips are definitely my favourite snack in Disney World. So light and refreshing with that whipped texture you often fail to find in vegan sorbet or ice cream. Service is not always the best here, they can be very busy and distracted but don't let it put you off trying one. If you can, use mobile order for a faster service.“
