I called them an hour before we planned to arrive with a group of over 30 moms and kids ready to celebrate the end of camp with ice cream. “My daughter is very picky with ice cream and saw a Facebook ad requesting we go. We went and ordered 4 different things in the hopes she’d eat something. She finished her entire ice cream and literally gave it a thumbs up. Usually she eats 1-2 bites and says she’s done. My 2 year old swapped between his and mine because he couldn’t decide what was better. My husband finished his first and doesn’t usually eat ice cream. We got strawberry sorbet, Greek yogurt, Belgium chocolate, chocolate hazelnut Oreo-one was made into a sandwich nothing but deliciousness!“

“The best gluten free food we found in Orlando. They have so many options and everything is delicious. They have savory and sweet, and I honestly couldn’t pick a favorite. Cheesecakes, cupcakes, waffles, a heavenly dish with eggs, bacon, cheese, and a yummy sauce over amazing fries. We were too full to try the gf waffle cones and ice cream!“

“A hidden gem in the area! There were many flavors to choose from and all great quality. The servers greeted us warmly and I'd say prices are very fair. Inside are a few spots to sit and enjoy your treat. I'm hoping the styrofoam cups are a part of their transition into getting their own personal logo on their containers. But if it's not, no harm done.“

“Kelly’s has a special place in our hearts! We go 2-3x a month. The ice cream is high quality and you get what you pay for. We have too many favorite flavors to list, but I want to personally shout out to any of the monthly flavors that have been dark chocolate based; there is nothing better to cure a bad day than the chocolatiest of chocolates, and this is that! (I’m looking at you cosmic brownie and German chocolate cake!) Here is a roundup of all the locations our family of 5 has tried: Maitland 11/10 - Our favorite location. Always great service from Andy, the freshest waffle cones/bowls, and always has all the flavors in stock. Ample parking and seating indoors and nearby outdoors to suit your fancy. Consistently perfect! Ferncreek 9/10 - The ice cream is great, and the outdoor area is adorable. Parking is a little rough but it’s a historic area and understandable. Horizon West 10/10 - Stellar waffle cones/bowls, special products, and the best indoor seating. Winter Park 7/10 - A little cramped and no indoor seating, but when the weather is nice the outdoor area is cute! Special shout out for the oatmeal creme pie flavor only available here. Waffle bowls tend to be stale. Winter Garden 9/10 - Extremely friendly service and fresh waffle bowls, we just wish it was a standalone for easier access and less crowding. Hunter’s Creek 7/10 - Stale waffle cones and less than fresh ice cream, but we love the ample parking, wide variety, and proximity to our home away from home. Sanford 5/10 - The only disappointment we’ve had trying so many locations. Waffle cones so stale you can bend them like rubber, and the unfriendly coffee shop staff manning the ice cream counter unwilling to make fresh cones. Ice cream itself is stale and not at all on trend with the Kelly’s brand and stellar reputation. “Sold out” of multiple flavors, and one case has a broken light and door. Just seems like this location doesn’t get the same TLC as the rest.“

“Our whole family really enjoyed the OG Rainbow Cone! My biggest complaint is it’s not socially acceptable to eat everything on the menu in one sitting.

We had a young woman named Joann serve us and treat us like we were family Always reminding us that we are welcome to sample something if we wanted to!

The attention was fast even when the line was long. It has a sitting area outside and it opens until 10pm on Thursdays. Pretty much a great place to try some sweet and refreshing flavors. 🌸🌸🌸🌸“

“This gelato spot is absolutely delightful. When you walk in, you’re greeted with the sweet aroma of freshly made waffle cones and a colorful display of creamy gelato flavors. “We LOVE Menchie's for a special occasion or on an excruciatingly hot Florida day, as there are numerous wonderful flavors and toppings. Today the blueberries were the best blueberries I've ever had, where do you find such good blueberries?! Every time I have visited this location, there have never been any issues. The flavors were all available, they allow samples, the toppings are fresh. Vegan options are also offered! Thanks menchies :-)“

“Great ice cream and cones at the Diagon Alley in Universal Studios Florida park in Orlando, Harry Potter world in London. Just outside and under the Gringott's dragon, it's a little plain pink inside (and the machines pulling up and down the decor on the cake were super annoying with the clank of the pull/up/down move - you'd think they'd smooth that out).

But very good strawberry twist ice cream, and we're sad we didn't get one of the sundae's here. Probably best ice cream in the park including some great flavors like Butterbeer!“

“I walked into cold stone today alittle down, but as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly worker who ask how I was doing today that really lifted my spirits. I wasn't sure what I wanted but he asked if I wanted to sample anything and answered all my questions, I ordered the strawberry blonde with extra strawberries and whip cream. Gab made my experience a pleasant one. Great conversation, excellent customer service, great personality. Thank you Gab for putting a smile on my face. You are amazing 10/10“

“Ice cream is always fresh. They do let you taste the flavors but the employees (all except one woman) are not that great. You can ask for something, they oddly walk away without acknowledging, they get it for you but the interactions are always odd. Its almost like getting something from a vending machine.“
