Jeissel and danelys were amazing
My partner had never had gelato before, so obviously I had to take him to Lucciano’s while we were in Orlando. Jesseil and Luis held down the fort despite having numerous customers to ring up, scoop gelato for, and provide samples to, all with a positive and welcoming attitude. The theming of the restaurant is so fun, with the pink “train” seats on a track. You can even see behind the scenes at a bar counter with a window showing the kitchen. I had a great experience at this ice cream shop! The ice cream was delicious, and the service was excellent. David was the person who helped me, and he was very friendly, kind, and welcoming. He made the experience even better. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be coming back! 🍦😊
