Came into Shake Shack after our flight had been delayed by 12 hours….left Shake Shake with happy hearts. The young gentlemen at the Cashier was so kind and the food was delicious.

Food was good, hot, and didn’t take too long to receive. Restaurant seemed understaffed. There were way too many dirty tables and I had to flag someone down to clean my table before I sat down. Trash cans were also filled and had to find someone to empty it.
