“The service at the Florida mall location is very good, Wiscar welcomed us as soon as we stepped in to the store, explained the menu to us and offered options, we sat to wait and she brought the order to our table (super nice of her) the churros were delicious!!! They came fresh and hot, we got the 14 churros with Dulce de leche and Nutella! I highly recommend this order and this location, the store and sitting areas were clean and had plenty of space, I will be back soon!“

“After visiting Portillo's in Chicago many times I was excited to learn that there is one much closer to us. Finally got to try them yesterday and they did not disappoint! Great food and fast and friendly service! Now only 2 hours away instead of 7. Hope to have many more trips across the border!“

“Looking for a good place near Universal to celebrate my new lead who has Halal restrictions, so I asked around and tried this out. I got the combo which has chicken that is very similar to tandoori and lamb, which is a lamb/beef mixture like donair. I like their blend here, very tasty and juicy with some caramelization on the edges. This is all on top of the most perfectly cooked rice; it’s like they prepared each grain individually, no sticking. I got extra red sauce with white and green sauce, olives, tomato and cucumber salad and peppers and onions for like 12 bucks; unheard of around here. I will be back.“

“We had a horrible experience here on September the 26th, 2026 at 9:00 p.m.. the staff was completely mismanaged and the entire establishment was disorganized in getting the food out we waited for 45 minutes after placing the order and left due to nobody informing us what was going on or how long it would be. We witnessed quite a few arguments between customers and the employees a lot of them asked for refunds and stormed out of the place experiencing extremely delayed service. I hope they were just having a bad night.“

“Not usually a fan of Americanized fried fusion items (not everything is fried, of course) but King Bao is the obvious exception. The slower service during lunch hours is the product of an understandably high volume of customers, and I'd consider it worth the two or three extra minutes I usually wait for the food here. I wish I could comment on more of the menu, but I'm such a sucker for the truffle tots and the Firecracker Shrimp bao that I tend to find myself ordering the usual instead of trying out new options. There's a chicken bao that's really good too, and I remember one of the specials a little while back (not sure if they still have it), the Baja Avocado was bomb.“

“The food is amazing! Best Philly steaks in town. Definitely a hidden gem. Now the atmosphere, it's a small restaurant that just serves the best Philly cheesesteaks. Outside is maintained by the landlord and not the tenant so it's not their fault that the outside environment is just a crappy outside environment, the nightclub next to it just ruined the whole area there's trash pretty much everywhere, so don't judge its book by its cover.“
