“So I was in the area for a meeting and it went late and so I had to grab a sandwich around 3 o’clock so I googled where I was and this came up on the map. I accidentally drove by it once and had to go around the block again. It was such a cute location and when I parked, there was people coming out and they were raving about the sandwiches and it was their first time too, and they said you definitely have to go inside, and I’m so glad that I did. It was SO BADAS’S DELICIOUS and I will definitely be back again and especially when I do real estate events and request catering!“

“Stopped in on Sunday and had a great experience! The Sunday crew, including the gentlemen and the younger lady, were incredibly friendly and attentive. They checked on us throughout our meal to make sure everything was satisfactory and made us feel very welcome.

Not only was the service excellent, but they also kept us laughing with their jokes and friendly personalities, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about their customers and creates such a positive atmosphere.

“First time there today and it was fantastic! The food was amazing!! I had the turkey and cheese sub with bacon added and the french fries with Art’s seasoning. Everything was fresh, tasty, and prepared to order. Service was very quick and friendly. It’s obvious why they’ve been around since 1972. Will now be a returning customer for sure!“

“The chicken parmesan sandwich was hot, fresh, and clearly made to order, with a large portion size and curly fries on the side. The main downside was that the chicken’s coating didn’t stick well and separated while eating, which took away from an otherwise good sandwich.

Ordering through the kiosk was quick and easy, and there was only brief interaction with staff. The wait was a bit longer, but it made sense given the made‑to‑order approach.

The location has a unique, enjoyable vibe with plenty of seating. Parking could get tight during busy times, but visiting on a Sunday around noon, there were still a few open spots. There is also a water refill station on premise which was much appreciated!“

“Excellent! I was promptly greeted at arrival. My alcapurrias were delicious, filled with meat, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. My husband ordered a tripleta, and it was good as well. I left without having some piano piononos because they had run out, but I'm looking forward to my next visit. Food and customer service were great. As a Puerto Rican, I recommend it.“

“Family owned amd operated company. Amazing service, staff is very knowledgeable, listens to requests and once you visit and become a regular they remember what yoj like. Cuban sandwich (mustard, pickle, mayo on a Cuban bread{flaky&soft}) was made fresh and panini-pressed. It’s a small GranMa&GranPa local spot. Owners are kind, friendly and respectful. Watching them make my sandwich with love and laughter was so sweet (Lady started my order when I stated what I wanted, after cashing us out Gentlemen went to assist her and the laughs between was so sweet. Sweet as she is, she didn’t feel like baking some cookies for my family and I. She found every which way to talk herself out of having to do that. She ended up giving me two bags of chips on the house though.

Come on though, close at 10. Can we stay open till then too?

“Yesterday I found out I was diagnosed with diabetes. Of course I don’t know what I should and shouldn’t eat. Tonight my husband asked what would I like to eat I told him Firehouse sub. He went to pick up the order but just like a husband he left without checking if everything is correct. When I opened my sub it had onions and tomatoes which I heard him specifically requested to leave off. He also was charged for a combo he didn’t order. I took my food back and the lady that took his order had left. There was a young man there by the name of Juan who explained at the moment he didn’t have access to refund so he allowed me to get the chips and fixed my order right away. He asked me over just to make sure my order was made correctly. I really appreciate you Juan thank you. I made this review in the parking lot I was so appreciative. While sitting here who did I see driving back up with her son to pick up a box? The lady my husband said was in a rush to take his order because she had to leave. I was able to get a picture of her and she drives a silver Nissan. Girl you have to do better at your job you never know who is willing to write a review!!!“

“I love this Jersey Mikes! I come here all the time for lunch since it’s close to my office. All the employees are always so fun and welcoming, but today in particular they made my day. I made a mistake of ordering to the wrong location, and they helped me cancel my order there and get a refund, and then SUPER quickly remade my order while I was reordering on the app. Thank you Emily, Gary, and Aaron!!“

“I’d pay extra just to keep the subway atmosphere here, the inside of this subway is always extremely clean and I love the atmosphere of it. It just feels like a subway pre covid! The workers here are super kind, super amazing, and never look like they’re miserable to be there like other subways I’ve been to. If you’re in the area and there’s a subway closer that isn’t this one I’d go the extra mile to go to this one. Excellent subway!“

The staff is quite friendly and welcoming, which is not the norm these days. Customer service is the main goal here. The food is hot, crispy and meat spread over the entire bun.
The staff tries to truly give you a lunch to write about, it was delicious. They even gave me an extra pickle.
I get down here every 3 to 4 months and this is my treat to myself.“

They both were just genuine, very kind, patient and welcomed you with a warm smile the minute you walked in, they simply couldn't do enough for you and was just lovely and their phenomenal customer service skills made all the difference! “This is my favorite store, Lea is absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond and then some! Everything is always so delicious and fresh, the bread is soft and tasty. We go here quite a bit but really because you cannot beat the food and the service. This is our go to sandwich stop!!! The management knows how to bring customers in and knows how to keep them :)“
