“I was very disappointed that they would not give me a cup for water with my large cheesesteak and fries. The restaurant was basically empty. On the fountain drinks there was a place to be able to get water, but I didn’t have a cup to be able to drink it.“

“So I was in the area for a meeting and it went late and so I had to grab a sandwich around 3 o’clock so I googled where I was and this came up on the map. I accidentally drove by it once and had to go around the block again. It was such a cute location and when I parked, there was people coming out and they were raving about the sandwiches and it was their first time too, and they said you definitely have to go inside, and I’m so glad that I did. It was SO BADAS’S DELICIOUS and I will definitely be back again and especially when I do real estate events and request catering!“

It was a busy lunch rush but my order was made to order the wait time was around 8 minutes for my entire order fries crispy and hot! Drink and two delicious cookies. “I recently decided to give this Charlie’s Cheesesteaks & Wings a try since it’s close to my house, and I’m so glad I did. I honestly wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, but from my very first visit they completely exceeded my expectations.

The employees are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I’ve come across in a long time. Everyone is polite, patient, and genuinely seems to care about providing great customer service. It’s refreshing to walk into a restaurant where the staff greets you with a smile and makes you feel appreciated as a customer.

The food has been outstanding every single time. Everything is always made fresh, prepared correctly, and tastes amazing. Whether it's the cheesesteaks, wings, or fries, you can tell they take pride in what they serve. My orders have always been accurate, the food is hot when I receive it, and the quality has been consistently excellent.

It's becoming harder and harder to find restaurants that deliver both great food and exceptional customer service, but this Charlie's does both. The entire team deserves recognition for the job they're doing. They have definitely earned a regular customer, and I'll continue recommending this location to my friends and family.

“I don't eat there often, but today I decided to order on line and pick up. I arrived there about 10 minutes after I ordered and went to the counter and waited under the sign. When I walked in I was greeted. The store was busy, very busy, and a crowd gathered under the sign at the counter. An employee by the name of Ivana asked me within a few seconds of standing there what my name was. She checked the tickets and politely and professionally stated with a smile that it should be just a few more minutes. The whole crew was working so hard and diligently to get the orders out. Ivana was so kind and helpful to all who were waiting and working so hard, all with a rarely seen pleasant attitude and demeanor. She was exceptional. When my order was ready she called my name, handed me my bag, and apologized for my wait. She did so with such kindness and caring I was taken back. The whole team seemed to be working very well together and Ivana actually seemed like she enjoyed being there. A complete breath of fresh air! I am impressed! What a blessing Ivana was!“

The atmosphere leaves a little to be desired as the TV usually has something about sharks biting, gators attacking, terrible storms, surgeries gone wrong, fish and game, etc. It can get gruesome.
