Long-time Firehouse customer and can no longer recommend this location.Serious drop in quality in 2024!To go orders now come with the bottom bun wet, multiple thumbprint indentions on every sandwich, half the meat, and half the love.Often the order is inaccurate (order wheat, get white).Find an alternative.
*Finally I was able to find the best sandwich in the area.*It has a delicious flavor and above all, it is exquisite.*Very clean place!!!*Customer service is outstanding, excellent.*I recommend Firehouse Subs to everyone @ 100%

They can never get a simple sandwich right at this location. No matter what sandwich I order it’s constantly sloppy messy and soaked in sauce there was a piece of paper inside the meat of the sandwich . The meat on the steamer is impossible to chew. Have to throw this whole sandwich in the trash once again from this location and waste $12. Only reason I won’t give 1 star is because the employee who took my order was very nice. Other than that I’d avoid at all cost
