Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes. The food is generally described as delicious, with fresh ingredients and satisfying portion sizes. Customers have enjoyed the new honey chipotle chicken, praising its tender texture and the perfect blend of sweetness and heat that adds a new flavor dimension to their bowls. While most reviews highlight friendly staff and efficient service, some customers have experienced issues with portioning. One customer noted that their tacos received less chicken than usual, despite requesting the standard portion, and was disappointed by the staff's response. Despite this, the staff, especially during busy times like Valentine’s night, are praised for their helpfulness and kindness, with some staff members even coaching customers on how to order quickly during rush hour. Overall, Chipotle continues to be a quick, healthy, and delicious meal option for customers, especially those following a keto diet. The restaurant's team is recognized for their friendly service and positive attitude, making dining an enjoyable experience.
