They can never get a simple sandwich right at this location. No matter what sandwich I order it’s constantly sloppy messy and soaked in sauce there was a piece of paper inside the meat of the sandwich . The meat on the steamer is impossible to chew. Have to throw this whole sandwich in the trash once again from this location and waste $12. Only reason I won’t give 1 star is because the employee who took my order was very nice. Other than that I’d avoid at all cost

I normally have a half decent experience when ordering food here but today the staff had no sense of urgency. I waited an hour for 2 sandwiches that I placed a mobile order for just to get home and realize the order wasn’t even made correctly it will definitely be a very long time before I order here again

Long-time Firehouse customer and can no longer recommend this location.Serious drop in quality in 2024!To go orders now come with the bottom bun wet, multiple thumbprint indentions on every sandwich, half the meat, and half the love.Often the order is inaccurate (order wheat, get white).Find an alternative.

I came to this place and ordered a large and medium corned beef sandwich. When I got home I took a bite and had a mouth of fat. I opened the sandwich and could not believe what I saw. Take a look at the pictures. I called the restaurant and they told me I could see the manager in the morning. I told them I had to go to work in the morning and was unable to eat this. They told me I could come back. I drove the 6 miles back to the store. They told me the could replace the large one but not the medium one because it looked good.I showed them the online picture for the corned beef sandwich and argued to get them to change it also. I did not order the corned beef I ordered something different. I have only been to firehouses a couple of times but probably a couple times to many. Here lies the problem with tipping in advanced. I had to spend a half hour and a gallon of gas to get my sandwiches fixed. They should have gave me a refund and replaced the sandwiches. They told me they have to sell that fat because this is what comes in. Well they guess they just buy crap.

Had to leave a review because the afternoon crew is on top of it. I watched the manager temp out all of their products and it’s nice to see them caring about food safety. They are super friendly and quick.
Expect to wait an additional 45 min for them to just make one sandwich. This happens every-time I come here and the subs aren’t even worth the wait. Won’t be returning to this location.

My first and last time coming to this establishment. I drove from work on my lunch break which is 30 minutes. I get there only to be told that they would open at 1pm when the door was open and the sign says 1030 am so I had to go elsewhere for lunch. Thanks for nothing
