Firehouse Subs Altamonte Springs offers great food and friendly, polite staff, though the website has been frustrating for some customers. The restaurant is often busy, with quick service and perfect subs. The Hook and Ladder sandwich is a standout menu item, and the overall experience earns an A+ rating from one customer. The staff, particularly an employee named Malachi, is praised for their kindness and positive energy. Customers frequently mention the attentive and helpful service from team members like Olivia, Jewel, DJ, and Stephanie, who go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Many visitors appreciate the large, delicious sandwiches, such as the Cajun chicken sandwich, which are considered a better deal than other sandwich chains. The restaurant's atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, making it a place customers are eager to return to for consistent quality and excellent service.
