The manager seems extremely tightly wound and I feel like she might be bringing down the general working environment for staff. I felt bad for the cashier trying to serve us at the counter as she was being instructed to do 3 different things while trying to complete our order. I understand that Panera can be stressful I’ve even worked for the company but as a manager it’s important to remember to take a second and recenter! Love the bagels!
With this being a newer location i was a little scared to come in because the one on the corner before wasn’t that great, but i came in on Saturday and i was instantly greeted with a warming smile from the employee Kalena, she was great. I got my food and it was warm and delicious. I came in an hour before closing and everybody was still super nice. Panera Bread is always good. Broccoli soup and some sandwich and you're good to go. Love that place.
