“Absolutely love this little Peruvian gem! I usually go with my family to this place because it’s really authentic. It’s a bit far, so I do wish she would open another one closer to lake Nona area, but it’s worth the drive. This morning I went with my mom for her birthday and the server Yirina made her day! She was absolutely amazing! She brought out little alfajores with a little sign that said happy birthday. Absolutely love the service here and the food is amazing!“

“As someone visiting from out of town, I wasn't sure what to expect, but The Glass Knife exceeded my expectations. The bakery selection was amazing, with so many delicious looking options that it was hard to choose just one thing.

What really stood out was the service. I had quite a few questions about the different pastries and desserts, and the staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer everything, which made the experience even better.

The atmosphere was fantastic as well as warm, inviting, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy a treat. After getting recommendations and learning more about their offerings, I ended up leaving with a handful of items, and I'm glad I did because everything was excellent.

If you're in the area, The Glass Knife is absolutely worth a visit. Great bakery, great atmosphere, and outstanding customer service.“

Then I broke into the homemade Broccoli Potato soup-yummy! Washed it all down with the watermelon Good Vibrations juice!
