“The old man is a grump lol but he's good at remembering you and what you like, which is great service in my book because you build a relationship that way. Plus, his current employee Vicky is really nice and balances him out. I am picky with food but love the meatloaf, fried pork loin (white gravy is the best), quesadillas, and potato day (Thursday) is the best. I haven't been going lately to save money but won't miss potato day!

Vegetarian options: Potato day and when he serves quesadillas, you can ask it without chicken. Plus he sells white rice and black beans, mac and cheese, soup“

“My favorite Thai restaurant whenever I am in Sanford, FL to visit my family. The Thai Cafe is operated by a lovely couple. It is quite authentic and super fresh. The food from the kitchen is prepared lovingly by the wife, the husband (and sometimes their son) prepares the smoothies and the drinks. Be warned the spice level is a bit hotter so you might want to take it down a notch. Go and support this local business!!“

“A little overpriced, but I love it here anyway. Great coffee and I love the atmosphere. I have come in here with my cousin a few times and once with my college-age son, and the food has been great everytime. It's welcoming and I feel like I'm somewhere else besides Orlando when I'm here. They serve gelato which I look forward to trying next. Very relaxing place for us.“

Coffee options are very limited and what’s there is not great. The pastries though, YES YES YES. The guava and cheese danish was out of this world, and so was the honey apple goat cheese pastry. Would come back for pastries any time!

“Good Café With Great Coffee, But Empanadas Need Improvement

Café Don Juan is a really nice spot. The food was good, and the coffee is absolutely awesome — definitely one of the highlights of my visit.

The only issue I had was with the pastelón empanadas. I asked for a fresh one, but they gave me one that was reheated. When I went to the front to request a fresh empanada, I was told they don’t stay there more than three days. That’s exactly why I wanted a truly fresh one.

I hope they can improve the freshness or service around the empanadas, because everything else was great. Overall, still a good café with excellent coffee.“

“Foxtail Coffee in Winter Park is one of our favorite spots to hang out, especially on Sundays. My friends and I ride our motorcycles and meet up here, and it’s always a great vibe. The coffee is consistently good, the staff is friendly, and it’s the perfect place to relax, talk bikes, and enjoy the morning before heading out. It’s become a regular meetup spot for us, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good coffee and an even better atmosphere.“

I had a short window of opportunity and was not disappointed by the person behind the counter magically making beverages for all. Not sure of the name but I think it's was Casey or something similar. “I am not a vegetarian, but I love the food at Lakeside Cafe. Unlike typical hospital food, it is well seasoned and very attractive. Always tastes freshly cooked. If you are a meat eater, you should try the Lakeside anyway. Some of the entrees taste and look like meat, but are not. Not open evenings or weekends.“
