“Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, my girlfriend, my youngest son and I visited First Watch on Redbug Lake Rd in Winter Springs for my Birthday brunch, and I wanted to say we had a wonderful time. Although my girlfriend has visited several times before at a different location it was mine and my son's first time visiting First Watch, and we are super impressed. The food was very fresh and delicious and the presentation of our order was amazing. Our Server Jazlyn was very informative and helpful and she went above and beyond in her service to our needs. Afterwards the Manager Rick was also very kind and helped us out when buying goodies to take home. I highly recommend First Watch especially the one on Redbug Lake Rd in the Publix shopping center in Winter Springs, Florida.“

“As someone visiting from out of town, I wasn't sure what to expect, but The Glass Knife exceeded my expectations. The bakery selection was amazing, with so many delicious looking options that it was hard to choose just one thing.

What really stood out was the service. I had quite a few questions about the different pastries and desserts, and the staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer everything, which made the experience even better.

The atmosphere was fantastic as well as warm, inviting, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy a treat. After getting recommendations and learning more about their offerings, I ended up leaving with a handful of items, and I'm glad I did because everything was excellent.

“Today I stopped in for some wellness shots & left with much more. First time trying the Buffalo Chickpea Salad & I ate it on my way home it looked so good-it was amazing! Then I broke into the homemade Broccoli Potato soup-yummy! Washed it all down with the watermelon Good Vibrations juice! If only we had a location in Lake Mary/Sanford, (hint hint) I would eat there multiple times per week! I just can’t say enough about this place & the owners are absolute gems!“

“A little overpriced, but I love it here anyway. Great coffee and I love the atmosphere. I have come in here with my cousin a few times and once with my college-age son, and the food has been great everytime. It's welcoming and I feel like I'm somewhere else besides Orlando when I'm here. They serve gelato which I look forward to trying next. Very relaxing place for us.“

“Omg!! This place provided me so much more than good food. The cafe is inside Million Air (I told Will there needs to be a huge “Jet-way Cafe” sign outside) where they charter private planes. There was free coffee and a “secret” lounge where I was able to kill more than 3 hours. It’s secret (shh) ?.Will, the cafe owner, was lovely & other staff in Million Air was lovely.. “The old man is a grump lol but he's good at remembering you and what you like, which is great service in my book because you build a relationship that way. Plus, his current employee Vicky is really nice and balances him out. I am picky with food but love the meatloaf, fried pork loin (white gravy is the best), quesadillas, and potato day (Thursday) is the best. I haven't been going lately to save money but won't miss potato day!

Vegetarian options: Potato day and when he serves quesadillas, you can ask it without chicken. Plus he sells white rice and black beans, mac and cheese, soup“
