“Omg!! This place provided me so much more than good food. The cafe is inside Million Air (I told Will there needs to be a huge “Jet-way Cafe” sign outside) where they charter private planes. There was free coffee and a “secret” lounge where I was able to kill more than 3 hours. It’s secret (shh) ?.Will, the cafe owner, was lovely & other staff in Million Air was lovely.. A little tricky to find once you enter the (office) building. Walk to the very end of the hallway to the right when you pass the lobby area.“

The place is super cute and as someone who is health conscious, I really appreciate the quality of food here. It’s so rare to find places like this that are seed oil free with organic milk. Service was excellent. Very friendly and quick staff. The breakfast burrito and blueberry coffee cake were delicious. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The coffee was pretty good but I would maybe just ask for a little extra syrup/sweetener next time.“

“I’ve been wanting to come here for many years and I’ve never been and I finally came today! Food and drink is excellent, customer service? Terrible. I will definitely be back because food and prices are amazing
I told the cashier it was my first time there, she didn’t at all bother to explain to me how the menu worked, the menu is overwhelming but the point of her is to assist customers, she stocked, chatted with other employees and pressed buttons on the computer as I ordered. Customer service? Zero.

I also asked her because I noticed that they charge more with card than they do with cash, and I asked her how much more do you guys charge with card? And she answered
“it’s not a lot, like 70 cents”
and I said
“it’s a percentage per dollar, I’m looking for a percent”
The manager/owner was next to me and I asked “are you the owner?” And asked her.
The answer is 3%.

Just in case bring cash so you can pay less, and not support those corporations take charge more.

I came a few months ago and my experience was not nearly as pleasant but this one was definitely a lot better. So good to see improvement and I will definitely be coming back.“

“Used to be great, but feels like they're closing soon. I think all employees are gone and the owner now works it alone. Hours are removed from the door, so you never know if they're open. Three of the four times I last went during the day when they would normally be open. They were closed with a sign on the door which kind of confirms that they have no employees anymore. So if the owner can't be there then they just close the store. Food is still good but looks like they also removed most of the food options before I even got to try them. Often out of various flavors of bubble tea. Still enjoy going here and getting a musubi with my tea so I hope things turn around!“

“Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, my girlfriend, my youngest son and I visited First Watch on Redbug Lake Rd in Winter Springs for my Birthday brunch, and I wanted to say we had a wonderful time. Although my girlfriend has visited several times before at a different location it was mine and my son's first time visiting First Watch, and we are super impressed. The food was very fresh and delicious and the presentation of our order was amazing. Our Server Jazlyn was very informative and helpful and she went above and beyond in her service to our needs. Afterwards the Manager Rick was also very kind and helped us out when buying goodies to take home. I highly recommend First Watch especially the one on Redbug Lake Rd in the Publix shopping center in Winter Springs, Florida.“

“i always see people complain about the customer service here but i’ve been about five times in the last couple years… the most recent interaction on 8/7/26 & i’ve never had a bad experience… the iced lattes are delicious and though they don’t have any syrups made in house they use monin instead of torani which is much better in my opinion. i got the iced matcha latte with oatmilk and the brown butter toffee syrup last time… it was the best matcha i’ve had in a while. it’s also such a vibe in here. i LOVE some dim warm lighting and their decor is just so whimsical. i highly recommend stardust. to any cafe lovers.“

“Sorry I forgot to ask if they honor Military discounts, I’m sure they can reply and let us know. THIS is a great spot to experience Cuban food whether you want a heavy plate that leaves you wanting to do nothing else or a quick bite to go on your day. They got all the Cuban sodas too. This is the common food by the pound model and plates. Pastries are also another plus for that sweet tooth.“
