This was my first time at this restaurant and I had the lemon curd pancakes with ricotta cheese. They put the cheese in the batter while making the pancakes. It was the best pancakes I've ever had. I can't wait to go back for more. The service was good. They had a full house and was super busy since it's the holiday season. The atmosphere was pleasing to the eyes and the wait staff was pleasant and professional.

After waiting over an hour for our food at a nearby brunch restaurant (and with terrible service), we finally gave up and headed to this First Watch.
