“Incredible food, service and atmosphere! My mom and I shared a pancake (which is as large as a plate) and divided the three-egg meat lovers omelette. The pancakes are delicious and feature unique ingredients that set them apart from any other pancake I've ever tasted. The meat lovers omelette offers a perfect combination of meat, cheese, and seasoning, and I believe it's substantial enough for two people. Everything is fresh, including the coffee. Additionally, the service is unparalleled, and having someone who resembles a model (Julia), with a wonderful smile and a consistently positive attitude, enhances the experience even more! “My day was standing still until I took time to spend my day at the local ihop in Oviedo I was needing to appease my starvation. Keely so warm hearted and affectioned guides to my seating area. I stay seated examining the menu for my meal of choice. With the plethora of option I become overwhelming. Keely rushes over eager to appease my distress. Keely so understanding lengthens my duration so I may choose according to my tastebuds. In a timely manner a plate submerged with swelterly meaty goodness fills my stomach. My experience at ihop was transformed my Keely kindness and attentive behavior. She was truly the highlight.“

“Kristin was a great server! She got our drinks out to us right away. We don’t have an IHOP right close to where we live so we didn’t know what we wanted to order. She gave us time to look at the menu but also offered to help us if we knew what type of food we were interested in eating. She was a great help. If you go to IHOP in Sanford ask for Kristin!“

“Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, my girlfriend, my youngest son and I visited First Watch on Redbug Lake Rd in Winter Springs for my Birthday brunch, and I wanted to say we had a wonderful time. Although my girlfriend has visited several times before at a different location it was mine and my son's first time visiting First Watch, and we are super impressed. The food was very fresh and delicious and the presentation of our order was amazing. Our Server Jazlyn was very informative and helpful and she went above and beyond in her service to our needs. Afterwards the Manager Rick was also very kind and helped us out when buying goodies to take home. I highly recommend First Watch especially the one on Redbug Lake Rd in the Publix shopping center in Winter Springs, Florida.“

“Such a wonderful experience here! There is a wonderful young waitress named Bri and she was like the wonder woman of waitresses at the time we came in she was the only waitress on the floor and was also doing the position of hostess as well. She had a good bit of tables and still continued to be up beat and happy with all of her tables. She did a phenomenal job!“

“My boyfriend and I went to IHOP and it was the best experience that we've had our waitress Mimi was very courteous was able to answer every question that we had and the cook was awesome as well the food was great they constantly came by to check to make sure we didn't need anything else I was just amazed on the service that we got and every chance we get we will come back there they're very respectful and professional thank you Mimi for checking up on us“
