I once had the manager run down the street to get bloody mary mix as they ran out and because I had to wait a bit longer...no charge! Only con is the atmosphere is fairly basic...it's arranged to get as many people in as possible. So no real ambience. Overall Great place to eat!“

“We were having a lazy Sunday and decided to grab a bite to eat after a long night. We live around the corner and hadn’t been in a while. Our server Jacqueline was wonderful. It was busy so she had many tables to tend to but still made sure to stop back frequently and make sure we were doing ok. The food was on point and we were happy and full when we left. My wife’s only complaint is y’all don’t have yellow American cheese.“

The pancakes are delicious and feature unique ingredients that set them apart from any other pancake I've ever tasted. The meat lovers omelette offers a perfect combination of meat, cheese, and seasoning, and I believe it's substantial enough for two people. Everything is fresh, including the coffee. “Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, my girlfriend, my youngest son and I visited First Watch on Redbug Lake Rd in Winter Springs for my Birthday brunch, and I wanted to say we had a wonderful time. Although my girlfriend has visited several times before at a different location it was mine and my son's first time visiting First Watch, and we are super impressed. The food was very fresh and delicious and the presentation of our order was amazing. Our Server Jazlyn was very informative and helpful and she went above and beyond in her service to our needs. Afterwards the Manager Rick was also very kind and helped us out when buying goodies to take home. I highly recommend First Watch especially the one on Redbug Lake Rd in the Publix shopping center in Winter Springs, Florida.“

However, Adrian was so fast and he didn’t bombard my table a bunch of times he left me and my son alone to eat and checked on us periodically which I loved .
