“This place was delicious!! We had bout 20 min wait, as for some other folks as well. But it was well worth it!! Our waiter was awesome! He was promising on service,communicating, and making sure we all was good.I really wish I could remember his name, but he is definitely a waiter you would want!! And takes pride in his work.“

“Everyone on staff genuinely were happy we where there. Laurie our greeter and server is exceptional with people and service. The food was fast, very good and plentiful. The manager checked in with us. His interactions with staff were friendly and positive. This shows why the staff is happy. The place is immaculate. What great breath of air in a world that doesn’t know how to say thank you and you’re welcome.“

“Overall, my experience at this IHOP location was very good. The food was enjoyable, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the waitresses were very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.

However, I am giving this location only one star because of a serious cleanliness issue with the utensils. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures, but I found a large piece of what appeared to be caramel residue stuck on the serrated edge of my knife. Other utensils were also very greasy, and some areas felt sticky to the touch.

This is a serious concern because clean utensils are one of the most basic requirements for any restaurant. Even though the waitresses provided great service, dirty tableware can negatively affect the entire dining experience and raises concerns about hygiene standards.

I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves the cleaning and inspection process for all utensils. The staff deserves recognition for their excellent service, but the restaurant’s cleanliness standards need immediate attention.“

“My wife had their pesto chicken power bowl. It was cooked perfectly and a lot of food. I had their works omelet. Stacked full of meat and veggies. Great toast and jam and the fruit cup was very good. We also had their million dollar bacon. Good not not quite spicy enough for me. All in all great.“

“Davina was an excellent waitress at the IHOP in Kissimmee, located in front of the Comfort Inn hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. When visiting from Virginia, we asked about the local sites and places. Davina answered with a smile . This IHOP is one of the most friendly ones I have ever visited. I would give it 5+ stars had they been available. If you stop there on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening, Davina would be happy to serve you.

“I have no idea why there are any low reviews! This place knocked our socks off! The customer service was actual customer service - like genuine love of others! The food was beyond anything we have had in Florida so far. The icing on top was the love of the Lord. It is apparent in every single aspect of their business! Would be back tooooo often if I lived here!“
