“Overall, my experience at this IHOP location was very good. The food was enjoyable, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the waitresses were very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.

However, I am giving this location only one star because of a serious cleanliness issue with the utensils. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures, but I found a large piece of what appeared to be caramel residue stuck on the serrated edge of my knife. Other utensils were also very greasy, and some areas felt sticky to the touch.

This is a serious concern because clean utensils are one of the most basic requirements for any restaurant. Even though the waitresses provided great service, dirty tableware can negatively affect the entire dining experience and raises concerns about hygiene standards.

I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves the cleaning and inspection process for all utensils. The staff deserves recognition for their excellent service, but the restaurant’s cleanliness standards need immediate attention.“

“Excellent service and food. We asked to be seated in the bar area as it was crowded Sunday lunch time. We ordered drinks and food. Sara gave excellent service and great conversation while waiting on everyone at the bar. I am a server and that is a big compliment from me. Kudos for hiring such great staff. I will visit this location again even though I have 2 that are closer.“

“We’ve been going to Charley’s on International Dr for over 20 yrs with our children and by ourselves. We were in Kissimmee with our granddaughters and were excited to find a place here. Our granddaughter wanted to go a fancy dinner place we knew exactly where to go. Fabulous waiter (Michael) and manager Tyler and of course the food did not disappoint. Three generations of our family has now enjoyed dining at Charley’s.“

Celebration has plenty of dining choices, but Columbia is one of the few places that feels special every time you visit. A wonderful combination of great food, history, atmosphere, and hospitality. We brought our next door neighbor for their first time. Granted we came 30 min from closing (horrible guests right?), and with 3 little guests, you think we would be in and out by any typical server. NOPE! Warren treated us like they just opened, best personality ever, fantastic service, above and beyond through the entire experience. We can’t say enough great things about last night. “Great local mom and pop Chinese restaurant that offers tasty Chinese food at a reasonable price. Take out only off the main strip and conveniently located. Food was great, I requested less oil in the food so it wouldn’t be too greasy and they accommodated my request. This picture shows the lo mein after I ate almost half of it. Very generous portions!“

“Pizza was very good. We were happy to find gluten free pizza in the area. However, we called and placed an order and confirmed that the online pricing was accurate. When we arrived, we were charged MUCH more than the online pricing. They happily fixed the price of the wings ($12.99 online and rang me up for $19.99 when we got there) but we were also over charged for 2 gluten free pizzas by several dollars. The staff working was pleasant and I did not ask for them to fix the prices of the GF pizzas nor did they offer to, but I made them aware that we were overcharged for those as well. The website is not old, it was updated 2 days ago so there should k out be any discrepancies (and certainly not big ones) Very good food, nice workers, just check your receipts. Would eat there again but would make sure pricing is accurate.“

I recommended using the kiosk and triple checking your order. Ordering by person was very slow. The food was good but a tad bit overpriced and so many mistakes. The lady before us was missing 2 entire bowls of Acai from her order. Our order was bacon from the 2 bacon cheeseburgers we ordered. They made things right after we pointed them out thankfully, which has saved the score.“
