“I stopped in last week to see how they do gyros in Florida. I was pleasantly surprised to see two 30LB cones on spits. I watched and talked with the owner George. I saw the way he took time to not only make the gyros but actually gave out samples and carried on conversations with everyone. Now the test, George handed me my gyro, I took a bite and instantly knew they are the real deal. As good as any I have ever had, and that's coming from a restaurant owner that specializes in gyros!!! Great job George!!!”

“Overall, my experience at this IHOP location was very good. The food was enjoyable, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the waitresses were very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.

However, I am giving this location only one star because of a serious cleanliness issue with the utensils. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures, but I found a large piece of what appeared to be caramel residue stuck on the serrated edge of my knife. Other utensils were also very greasy, and some areas felt sticky to the touch.

This is a serious concern because clean utensils are one of the most basic requirements for any restaurant. Even though the waitresses provided great service, dirty tableware can negatively affect the entire dining experience and raises concerns about hygiene standards.

I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves the cleaning and inspection process for all utensils. The staff deserves recognition for their excellent service, but the restaurant’s cleanliness standards need immediate attention.”

“Tonight was our 10th wedding anniversary, and this restaurant has been on our bucket list for years. It absolutely did not disappoint.

From the moment we walked in, everything was wonderful. The hostesses were incredibly friendly, and we were seated just a few minutes after checking in. One of the unique perks of dining at the Gaylord Palms is sitting at an “outdoor” table under string lights while still enjoying the air conditioning. It’s such a beautiful atmosphere.

We started with the wedge salad, which the kitchen thoughtfully split for us. We also ordered the potatoes au gratin, and they absolutely melted in your mouth. They were delicious. Our vegetable side of roasted cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and pralines was also outstanding.

The true showstopper, though, was the 34-ounce aged tomahawk steak, cooked with roasted garlic butter. It was incredible. I found myself eating it as slowly as possible because I wanted to savor every bite.

Our server, Karston, was knowledgeable, attentive, and helped make an already special evening even better. The service was exceptional from start to finish.

It was a beautiful evening in a lovely setting where we were genuinely spoiled by both the outstanding food and the exceptional service.

10 out of 10. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Old Hickory Steakhouse.

“Crumbl is officially my new obsession! I tried the Oreo-based cookie and a Peanut Butter one, and both were absolute perfection. They are rich, perfectly baked, and have that amazing gooey center that I love. It’s like a little piece of cookie heaven in every bite.
