Grazi and Luana were absolutely perfect, Ronan was also so kind and helpful. There was also a very kind man bringing us the grillades. We had plenty of tasteful food, plenty of smiles and lovely people helping us. The staff is polite and attentive, working together to provide a wonderful eating experience. “We’ve been going to Charley’s on International Dr for over 20 yrs with our children and by ourselves. We were in Kissimmee with our granddaughters and were excited to find a place here. Our granddaughter wanted to go a fancy dinner place we knew exactly where to go. Fabulous waiter (Michael) and manager Tyler and of course the food did not disappoint. Three generations of our family has now enjoyed dining at Charley’s.“

“Took about 15 min to be seated the servers were all friendly and professional and the food was served hot and fresh, steak was medium rare when i ordered medium but it was still really good and they forgot to give me my Caesar salad but i ended up not wanting to eat it because i was so full and were going shopping afterwards so i didn’t want to carry around a salad 🥗“

“Where do I even start with our experience at BR77 Steakhouse… From the moment we walked in we were greeted promptly. The decor has a cozy, artistic and modern vibe. The servers were super attentive and friendly. The restaurant offered all kinds of expertly grilled cuts of freshly sliced meats. Cooked to your liking, whether you wanted rare, medium rare, medium, etc. Every bite was a flavor explosion extremely tender and juicy. Some of the meats were filet mignon, ribeye, ribs, bacon wrapped filet mignon, sausages, and the most tender sirloin I've tasted in a long time. My two over the top favorites were the Ribeye and the Sirloin. The salad bar was a feast in itself! Fresh veggies, soups, black beans and rice, they also had cured dried meats like salami and a variety of cheeses, fruits and salads. They offered a large selection of side dishes. We chose the cheese bread and the chicken crochets, which were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. They surprised him with a dessert, complete with a candle and wrote Happy Birthday on his dessert plate. It was such a sweet touch and really made his day even more special. Overall, this Brazilian steakhouse is a must-visit, especially if you're craving an epic meal. Great food, amazing service, neat and clean all round including the restrooms and a fantastic atmosphere make it an experience worth savoring! Can’t wait to go back for round two! Only a few days later my husband who's Birthday we celebrated received an email with a Birthday Gift Certificate for $49 off our next visit which we will be using very soon. “Bit of a mixed bag from this particular longhorns, 3rd visit of our trip and the other 2 were really good.

Tonight my mash was cold and my steak wasn't properly cooked.

New mash was brought out and was made to sit until it again became cold waiting on the steak to come which was then over cooked!!!!!!

I was left to eat alone as the other 3 diners had basically finished by the time my new mash and re-cooked same steak came out.

Not one thing was taken off the bill, full price, which was pretty pathetic if im honest.

I now probs won't return which is a shame but they clearly don't value customers as they dont expect to see them again due to the amount of holiday makers.“

​What an incredible find! The food here was fantastic from start to finish, with a great menu selection to choose from. The steaks were the absolute highlight, prepared and cooked to absolute perfection.
​Service was just as impressive, warm, attentive, and prompt without ever feeling overbearing or rushed. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the high level of quality and atmosphere you get compared to typical higher end spots.

“I was there yesterday 02/11/2022 for dinner. It was my first time. The service was great. My wife ordered a Rib eye which was delicious. I ordered a Prime Rib and it wasn’t that good. It was no tender enough to be a prime rib. Every thing else was great.“

“Wonderful experience!! Staff were all very friendly & professional. We went with another couple & shared the 48 oz Porterhouse. It was cooked perfectly & seasones to perfection. We ordered the mushrooms & the Crispy Brussels & cauliflower which were both delicious. We finished with the chocolate cake for dessert which was huge. There were 4 of us & we left a little behind, but not because it wasn't amazing. We were just stuffed. Highly recommend this place.“

“We went for dinner and there was no wait. My husband picked his steak from the cooler and had it cooked to his liking. The service was wonderful, Selena was our server and she was so attentive and informative. Diane was amazing. The food was delicious and the dirty soda was too. We were celebrating our anniversary and they brought out the saddle for the hubby and a little dessert. Lots of fun and very nice environment. Will definitely visit again. “My filet mignon was cooked to perfection and honestly very delicious. I had a loaded baked potato that you cannot go wrong with. My tossed salad had everything I needed in it and the blue cheese dressing was delicious. Our server she was fantastic attentive and brought our food or drinks and our bread and came back to ask us how our steaks were done. The atmosphere is very nice and accommodating the music is nice in there not too loud just right there is plenty of parking this is a great place and they have a full service bar which is also very nice. I went with my family and we all enjoyed the food here.“
