“I hosted a private event yesterday for 24 people for Brunch. Truly it was the best private event I have ever hosted. Sydnie, the event coordinator was on top of everything. Very detail oriented. Arranged for me to meet with her to see and discuss table arrangements for guest and server easy access, decor and more. We were able to adjust the menu for our needs, especially providing for a diner with celiac disease. Sydnie went above and beyond setting up decor prior to the event, allowing me more time to actually enjoy the event. Brianna was a big help too! Our servers, David and Charline were so accommodating and smooth in their service. My guests raved about the food. Steaks, eggs cooked perfectly, pastries to die for, perfectly dressed salad, the best fries and biscuits. Rob, at the bar, kept up with all the drink orders. And finally, Jayton, the general manager, made sure we had everything we needed for the perfect event. This team is a true example of hospitality and service! It went so well, I’m still smiling today. If you need to host a private event, this is the place!“

“If they had 10 stars I would give 20. Talk about the WOW factor!! Flew into Orlando to surprise my sister and she surprised me with Date night at Flemings in Winter Park!! The outstanding guest experience began when my sister made the reservation... Randi was exceptional he went above and beyond to make sure we had a spot even during a very busy promotion that they had going on... He also went the extra mile to make us feel extra special with the special cocktails... Our Server Andrew continued with the special service by welcoming us in and his suggestions for dinner were so delicious 😋... Andrew even added some extra touches with special sauce suggestions to add to our dining experience... Max was also extra attentive by taking our picture by the cutest spot under the tree and checking to ensure we had enough bread and tasty butters on hand... Been to many restaurants in Chicago but I must admit not one has gone the extra mile as did the manager and staff at Winter Park.... Bravo to you all!!“

“Had not been to Ruth's for a dinner for a long time. This time was wonderful. Eddy the manager was great as was Joshua our server. Both made the meal special. Food was hot and delicious. My wife had the salmon and was excellent and I had the filet and it was was perfect. It was a special evening and they made it possible. Will definitely return soon.“

“I’ve been wanting to come here for so long and we finally got in! You’re best off making a reservation or be prepared to wait 1+ hr for a table. Reservations are made by texting them, which is a little strange, but maybe it’s just part of their charm. This place has such a great vibe, was packed but not too loud, and the service was great! We both had 4 oz filets, I had the sweet potato fries and he had a side of spaghetti with meat sauce. Both entrees came with a house salad and one side. The house vinaigrette is SO yum and their homemade croutons are perfect (just wish there were more)! The steaks were cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection! The sweet potato fries were ok, they were hot but they are crinkle cut and not all of them were crispy. They come plain so if you’re looking for something to dip, I guess you have to ask. The side of spaghetti with meat sauce was underwhelming but had good flavor. I really enjoyed this first experience here and am excited to come back.“

“Papa Llama, 2840 Curry Ford Road, Orlando- 4-Stars Michelin Recommended- Bib Gourmand! Peruvian immigrants, Kevin and Maria Ruiz, say they founded Papa Llama in 2016 as an experimental pop up and opened the doors of this location in August 2020. In 2022, they earned the Michelin Guide's coveted "Bib Gourmand" award for establishments that serve good food at reasonable prices so naturally, I got excited. Paulina, my server, was well prepared and knowledgeable, making for an auspicious beginning in a gorgeous environment featuring good prices for dishes that could be made to satisfy both carnivores and herbivores alike. I ordered the entire family style menu which was, according to Papa Llama, "designed to be tasted together, shared, and fought over." So much food for just over a hundred dollars. The prices may have been cheap but the taste and quality of (most) victuals valieron un Perú! A hearty Big Boy Thank You (Sulpayki!) to Kevin and Maria and the culinary dactylograms of their ancestors, on this amazing cuisine (Somaq Mihuna!). The first item on the menu was Olives--whole green Castelvetrano olives marinated in house with aji panca--which were so delectable I could eat them all day. Next, the Red + Gold Beets, a minty beet salad with honey ají amarillo vinaigrette, queso fresco, and candied pistachio, which started out smooth and creamy and ended with a pleasantly piquant bite. Papas a la Huancaína followed, a fingerling potato dish with spicy aji amarillo cream, wakatay (black mint) salsa verde, and beef chicharron, topped with a fried egg. The potatoes themselves were not the star, but the combination of flavors in the sauce were amazing, unctuous but smooth. Papa Llama carries a long list of natural wines, more wines than food items, actually. That evening, I chose the Yuzu Sake, and may I say, "Holy smokes!" How refreshing after consuming so many peppers. The rest of the dishes I would give 4.5 to 5-Stars, EXCEPT for the side of frozen Sysco French fries which almost ruined an otherwise stellar meal. There are over 300 kinds of potatoes in Peru. Over 300! Perhaps in the United States we don't have the same abundance as found in El Valle Sagrado (the Sacred Valley) but, por favor, do not stoop to this! The Big Boy says, "Eat here. All the authentic Peruvian flavors at Papa Llama are 5-Star, but skip the fries, which are a corporate conglomerate frozen food disappointment."“

“Figs Prime provided a wonderful setting for our anniversary celebration. The tuna tartare and rack of lamb were delicious, cooked just right. The bread pudding was a delightful end to the meal. Overall, a great experience worth repeating.“

“I had a great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse. The food was excellent, everything came out hot and cooked the way it was supposed to be, and the portions were very good. The steak was especially good and had plenty of flavor. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, which made for a really enjoyable meal.

The service was also excellent. Our server was friendly, attentive, and checked on us without overdoing it. Drinks stayed filled, the food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and everyone we dealt with was polite and professional. We stopped into **Big Fire** after leaving another restaurant in the area, honestly with no expectations other than *we were tired, hangry tourists who needed something to eat\.* And WOW — were we pleasantly surprised\!

From the food and atmosphere to the incredible service, Big Fire completely won us over\.

**Josh, our server, was a huge part of what made the experience so memorable\.** His personality, recommendations, and attentive service were fantastic\. He suggested the fondue appetizer, and I’m so glad we listened\. If you had told me that **cheese and vegetables would end up being one of the food highlights of our trip, I never would have believed you — but they were\!** Absolutely delicious\.

We also ordered the double smash burger and fries, and once again… WOW\. And here’s a tip: **dip the fries in the fondue\!** Possibly the best fries I’ve ever had — and that’s coming from someone who rarely even eats fries because they just don’t impress me\. These did\!

What was supposed to be nothing more than a quick dinner unexpectedly became **one of the highlights of our trip\.**

Josh’s cheerful attitude, great personality, excellent recommendations, and prompt service took an already wonderful meal and made it an experience we’ll remember\. We came in as two tired, hangry UAP tourists and left as **Big Fire believers\!**

We’ll absolutely be back — and next time, we’re bringing our families and coming hungry enough to try one of those amazing steaks Big Fire is known for\.

“Great restaurant!!! We went kinda last minute to this restaurant and we still got amazing service, our server ALEX was very helpful and suggested menu options that he enjoyed. The Cesar salad had perfect ratios not too much sauce and enough cheese and the burger was cooked to perfection.“
