Bigfire is a beautiful restaurant with great ambiance located in Universal. Known for their spectacular steaks and incredible service, this restaurant is a must-visit. The Maple Chicken and NY Strip are highly recommended entrees. The Salmon dish is to die for, fresh and perfectly cooked, with a nice grill taste that customers really enjoy. The Yukon Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus are deliciously grilled and smokey. The Artichoke dip and Wedge salad are good, while the Side salad with grilled chicken is a solid choice. The Old Fashioned cocktail is on another level. The staff, from Tammy at the front to servers like Julissa, Sofia G., and Denise A., are friendly and attentive. Customers praise the friendly service from Josh, who checked on them often and made sure their experience was better than a previous bad one. Many agree that it’s the best place they ate at City Walk, with prompt, courteous, and caring servers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a great meal. An additional highlight is the bourbon cheese fondue with cola pork, praised for its creative and delicious flavor. Bigfire also offers high-quality burgers served with toasted buns, juicy 1/2 lb beef cooked to preference, melted orange cheese, fresh bright red tomato, high-quality crispy lettuce, and special sauce that enhances the flavor. The burger is finished with a char engraving and comes with delicious parmesan French fries.
