Maybe an off-night? ... we ordered 3 Sirloin steaks and the cut was chewy, small and not trimmed well. More like a Diner steak :( The sear and seasoning were spot on though. The Bison steak was more flavorful. Ordered bread, disappointed for what they provided for $7, should have been a freebie for all. Nice atmosphere. Probably won't be going back....
Patrick was an awesome server. We had a long day and my baby actually threw up all over. The team was amazing. They called the health services to get the baby looked at, got us a new table. Relocated and cleaned up and you could barely tell it happened. The food is always incredible at Big Fire, which is why we make it a priority to get there on our trips. Everything was amazing. We ate mussels and shared a filet. I may have considered it a little under for medium rare but it didn’t stop us.

Bigfire is a beautiful restaurant with great ambiance located in Universal. Known for their spectacular steaks and incredible service, this restaurant is a must-visit. The Maple Chicken and NY Strip are highly recommended entrees. The Salmon dish is to die for, fresh and perfectly cooked, with a nice grill taste that customers really enjoy. The Yukon Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus are deliciously grilled and smokey. The Artichoke dip and Wedge salad are good, while the Side salad with grilled chicken is a solid choice. The Old Fashioned cocktail is on another level. The staff, from Tammy at the front to servers like Julissa, Sofia G., and Denise A., are friendly and attentive. Customers praise the friendly service from Josh, who checked on them often and made sure their experience was better than a previous bad one. Many agree that it’s the best place they ate at City Walk, with prompt, courteous, and caring servers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a great meal. An additional highlight is the bourbon cheese fondue with cola pork, praised for its creative and delicious flavor. Bigfire also offers high-quality burgers served with toasted buns, juicy 1/2 lb beef cooked to preference, melted orange cheese, fresh bright red tomato, high-quality crispy lettuce, and special sauce that enhances the flavor. The burger is finished with a char engraving and comes with delicious parmesan French fries. Overall, Bigfire provides a wonderful dining experience with fantastic food, great views, and attentive staff.
