Typing this as I wait.we ordered our food over an hour ago and we are still sitting here waiting. Appetizers came out Luke warm. Food is expensive and the service is horrible. Additionally everyone stinks. There is no dress code. People sweaty in shorts and crop tops from the park. This place has zero atmosphere and felt like we were eating in a school cafeteria.

What an awesome dining experience, and server Brandon was excellent. Only regret is not capturing enough pics. Tabletop smores dessert experience so memorable and brilliant dessert option. Saw another table enjoying the Baked Alaska. That's looks good enough to try next time.
15 min wait to get our drink order, not starting out good when the table next to use sat 10 minutes after and the waitress went to them first.

Food was well above our expectations, last time we were in this building it was Emeril’s restaurant. So happy we came back.Service was excellent!! Our waiter Louie was exceptional! After seeing Ron White at Hard Rock we came back to the bar for drinks. Our bartender Angie was also exceptional!We will be back very soon!!

Ordered the NY strip. For the price expected at least a reasonable cut of steak. Came out and couldn't even chew through it. Staff was good with trying to make it right but the experience was already ruined for our family dinner..

Ate here in July and December of 2023 and both times dinner was amazing. Filet mignon with "smashed" potatoes and green beans/carrots. Ate the tonight and it was horrible. Smashed have been replaced with the worst mashed potatoes I've ever had. Beans/carrots replaced with asparagus ?. My filet was chared on the outside and raw on the inside. I'm not going to mention the huge cockroach I saw on the column as we entered the dining room. I won't be back.

How have I never been here before? They had the best Scallops and a generous portion. The sauce divine. The salmon was also excellent. Great drink menu. Lovely ambiance. A very nice place for dinner. Make reservations.
One of the best meals we have had in a long time. They even bumped our reservation up since we got there really early and were starving after a long day of play Pokemon. Trying to catch then all can leave you famished. Shout out to Aaron for the help with bumping that ressy up. My wife and I had a cool little table next to the windows where we could see them cooking over the fire. Brad was back there working the grill like an absolute stud. Our waiter, Patrick, was outstanding. Super kind, funny, and attentive. 10/10 would hang out with him. The food came out quick and was delicious. Highly recommend the Dutch Oven Beef Burgundy and the tableside Smores. They should just go ahead and make everything in a Dutch Oven because whatever it does is a miracle. Will definitely be back soon. Probably tonight.

We had dinner at Big Fire tonight for the last night of our family vacation. There were 14 of us. We were lucky enough to have Josh as our waiter and he was by far the BEST! If you get the chance stop in and ask for Josh. You won’t be disappointed. The food is awesome, the atmosphere is incredible, however the service was outstanding! 10/10Kid-friendliness: We had 6 children with us and Josh took care of them as if they were vips!

Josh was the absolute best server that we have had in our week at Universal. He’s amazing with adults and children. He was so knowledgeable with everything on the food and drink menu. We will not come back if we can’t get him as our server. Hands down, best service in universal, especially for a party of 14. 10/10 service.
