Stayed there in August 2025 1 night. I ended up with bed bug bites on my calfs. Tried reaching out to Flavia Tavora multiple times for a refund of my stay or some sort of compensation. Been ignored very upsetting and dissapointing. No apology or anything.
We took a large family party of 12 for lunch and received the best service from Amy! Food was great. we loved every burger we tried and the pastas were delicious too. We left a souvenir bucket and when we came back in the evening, Harvey, at the bar, took the time to look into it and help us find it. Great food and even better service; we will definitely be visiting again!

One visit stood out, where the waitress and Chef Javier went above and beyond to accommodate a guest's garlic sensitivity, with the chef personally consulting on the menu and delivering the meal. This level of care and attention is highly appreciated by customers.
