“Have you ever been to a restaurant where there’s a cohesive staff where there’s four team members that go above and beyond that actually take care of you and make sure that your food is good and that service is good? Let me tell you this restaurant there are four staff members back behind the bar who went above and beyond made sure we were taken care of made sure that our food was good. Made sure our drink stayed full and all around. They were actually great to be around. Dairis, Joe, Kaiya, Loraine were the four staff members were behind the bar and I would specifically come back for each and every single one of them. They were that good!!! So do yourself a favor go in just to see any of those four or all four together to see how well they work together because honestly again I would just go back for them alone. And yes, my tomahawk steak was good along with the asparagus and the potatoes. And the four of them made sure of that!!!“

“I was disappointed that even tho reservations were made for a birthday dinner, we were not told in advance that we won't be sitting in the dining room. I would advise in future that you guys make every attempt to contact and ask if it is okay to put us in the lounge where it was very noisy and we had to speak over the noise. Don't get me wrong, we love Capa's we love the food but it was over shadowed by our seating arrangements. We also thought that being guests at the Hotel, we would actually get better treatment. Yes all the other large tables were full but were they all celebrating a Birthday with guests. And yesterday was my actual birthday date... not the weekend or next week but that was the date. Our granddaughter wanted to go a fancy dinner place we knew exactly where to go. Fabulous waiter (Michael) and manager Tyler and of course the food did not disappoint. Three generations of our family has now enjoyed dining at Charley’s.“

“I had a great time celebrating my moms retirement and her birthday! We saved something special to try for the end of our trip. We had pasta, a giant chicken Parm with a ricotta meatball as an appetizer and enjoyed a butter cake for dessert. Everyone worked as a team from our server, our red coat door dining host and the manager that made the cheese wheel magic!!! I loved the special way meals are made here. I don’t know if the truffle oil is for me I like a really creamy Alfredo, but the meat ball and chicken were so tasty. “Where do I even start with our experience at BR77 Steakhouse… From the moment we walked in we were greeted promptly. The decor has a cozy, artistic and modern vibe. The servers were super attentive and friendly. The restaurant offered all kinds of expertly grilled cuts of freshly sliced meats. Cooked to your liking, whether you wanted rare, medium rare, medium, etc. Every bite was a flavor explosion extremely tender and juicy. Some of the meats were filet mignon, ribeye, ribs, bacon wrapped filet mignon, sausages, and the most tender sirloin I've tasted in a long time. My two over the top favorites were the Ribeye and the Sirloin. The salad bar was a feast in itself! Fresh veggies, soups, black beans and rice, they also had cured dried meats like salami and a variety of cheeses, fruits and salads. They offered a large selection of side dishes. We chose the cheese bread and the chicken crochets, which were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. They surprised him with a dessert, complete with a candle and wrote Happy Birthday on his dessert plate. It was such a sweet touch and really made his day even more special. Overall, this Brazilian steakhouse is a must-visit, especially if you're craving an epic meal. Great food, amazing service, neat and clean all round including the restrooms and a fantastic atmosphere make it an experience worth savoring! Can’t wait to go back for round two! We were seated from a girl who gave us our food menus and then we got abandoned with the menu for around 10 minutes from the girl, however Josh came in and saved the day. Josh was very attentive during his service to us. Our son Shelby had a bit of the tasty bread and it went down the wrong hole. He was sick and Josh cleared the plate of sick for us (sorry!) The foie gras was so good that I ordered a second plate to eat with dinner. For dinner we ordered the Pappardelle, two Chateau Filets, Lamb Chops, grilled broccolini and truffle mashed potatoes. We loved the table side presentation of the pappardelle being mixed on the giant Parmesan wheel and the chateau filets being seared to perfection as they were being plated. We had a bottle of wine with dinner and had one person order an Americana and one Turkish coffee, in addition to tea and soft drinks. The service was excellent and the food was some of the best we've ever had. Our bill (with 18% gratuity built in + additional 7% because it was so good), came to $929. “Tonight was our 10th wedding anniversary, and this restaurant has been on our bucket list for years. It absolutely did not disappoint.

From the moment we walked in, everything was wonderful. The hostesses were incredibly friendly, and we were seated just a few minutes after checking in. One of the unique perks of dining at the Gaylord Palms is sitting at an “outdoor” table under string lights while still enjoying the air conditioning. It’s such a beautiful atmosphere.

We started with the wedge salad, which the kitchen thoughtfully split for us. We also ordered the potatoes au gratin, and they absolutely melted in your mouth. They were delicious. Our vegetable side of roasted cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and pralines was also outstanding.

The true showstopper, though, was the 34-ounce aged tomahawk steak, cooked with roasted garlic butter. It was incredible. I found myself eating it as slowly as possible because I wanted to savor every bite.

Our server, Karston, was knowledgeable, attentive, and helped make an already special evening even better. The service was exceptional from start to finish.

It was a beautiful evening in a lovely setting where we were genuinely spoiled by both the outstanding food and the exceptional service.
