“Have you ever been to a restaurant where there’s a cohesive staff where there’s four team members that go above and beyond that actually take care of you and make sure that your food is good and that service is good? Let me tell you this restaurant there are four staff members back behind the bar who went above and beyond made sure we were taken care of made sure that our food was good. Made sure our drink stayed full and all around. They were actually great to be around. Dairis, Joe, Kaiya, Loraine were the four staff members were behind the bar and I would specifically come back for each and every single one of them. They were that good!!! So do yourself a favor go in just to see any of those four or all four together to see how well they work together because honestly again I would just go back for them alone. And yes, my tomahawk steak was good along with the asparagus and the potatoes. And the four of them made sure of that!!!“

“An absolutely incredible experience! Service was exceptional and food was delicious. Thank you to Dakota (our server) and Chef David for taking care of me with my allergies (bell pepper, treenut, Celiac). They both went above and beyond! Chef David came to the table to discuss my options. Even the hostess asked if anyone in our party had allergies right when we walked in. I was very impressed and had a wonderful meal. The artisanal salad was yummy and much larger than I expected. The Saganaki itself is gf and can be served with gf crackers. And of course, the wine list will blow you away. Our server, Nayeli, was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and quick with spot-on recommendations. The clothesline bacon was a definite highlight. A savory-sweet indulgence, but what really surprised me was the rosemary garnish. Just a touch of it with each bite completely opened up the flavor—adding a subtle, aromatic layer that elevated the whole dish. It's an unexpected twist that truly works. Also, shoutout to the bar: the scotch Old Fashioned was one of the best I’ve had—easily in my top five. Balanced, smooth, and clearly made with intention. “Amazing time at the Boma buffet. We went for breakfast and it was great. The selection and quality were superb. The service was great. Everyone was friendly. They were attentive to any allergies. Also, there were some live drummers and it made it feel special. Great experience.“

“Character dining and delicious food!“

“I was going to give 4 stars for atmosphere but changed my mind as this restaurant reflects the jungle, so its not going to be bright and warm...for the theme; it was perfect. The cast members stayed in character and to the jungle vibe as much as possible which we loved.
Our server was Cameron who was quite attentitive and listened with interest when we shared about our skills in the culinary field, we engaged quite a few cast members here at this establishment and were pleased with such open and earnest interaction.
We were in a back room where there was a large family dining, the noise level was a bit elevated because of the children, who hooted, giggled and screamed from time to time. What is family dining all about? Family, including those littles we find so delightful.
The food was delicious! We had the Seasonal Soup which we found to be a bit nippy with the chili like peppers and hazardous with the toasted corn pepper chips? present, navigating around the peppers and corn we found the soup to be quite tasty. For our main dishes we had Char Siu Pork and Chicken Entree; both were prepared, cooked and plated in the most lovely manner.
In closing, I want to thank Cameron and all the lovely servers we met at this Disney establishment. You all provided us with an enchanting jungle excursion we will remember for a long time. Yes, we will be returning when we visit Disney's Magic Kingdom again. Until then, keep your eyes peeled for piranha and watch out for those whirlpools in the waters. Cheeri O!!! Adventurers!“

“Love this place, we’ve been enjoying it for years. Amazing staff including Mike, Megan, and Gordo. Lovely atmosphere inside and delightful outside. I recommend the “Scrimmy” and the charcuterie platter. You can’t go wrong here, highly recommended for great service, food and beer, and ambiance.“

“Solid character meal, seating was nice with a fantastic view. Steak was done medium-rare but the provided butter knife was not up to the task. Starter pastries were basic with the crumble cake being the highlight. Overall a decent breakfast though slightly overpriced.“

“This is always a must for us when on property. We often stay at Wilderness Lodge and eat here at least twice each time. Never had a bad experience here. The food is always amazing. The service is excellent 99% of the time and the atmosphere is very relaxing.“

“This fry flight is great for the price. You can also use a snack credit from the dining plan. I especially like the truffle-parmesean fries. Sea Salt-Malt Vingar fries are not too overwhelming however you know it's malt vinegar. The sweet potato fries pair perfectly with the marshmallow cream.

“Here is my take on the place. If you like tequila and shots this place can be very good. However I think it’s a big overpriced and the margaritas are a bit weak for the price. I do want to comment they have a huge selection of different types of tequila which makes this place very unique.“

“Eight people joining for a birthday celebration and some great social time over a relaxing meal. Toledo hit every one of those desired and then exceeded expectations with its wonderful/attentive service (tonight by Mustapha). The meals were plated attractively and tasted delicious. The adult beverages were a perfect pairing.
I had the filet and it was also perfection (with some brussels sprouts that I wish I could make myself at home). This restaurant was organized in all the right ways, and we all were made to feel welcome. VERY easy to recommend to others. Go! Enjoy!! Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever ordered. Booming with flavor.

The trio dip was fantastic. The queso was average to solid. The roasted corn dip you could eat with a spoon it’s so dang good and absolutely the best/freshest guacamole I’ve ever had.

The entire staff was kind and engaging. Our server Arber was one of the best servers I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. One of the most polite and genuine humans you will meet.

We are very pleased to have ended our day early at the parks to enjoy the amenities of the resort and this experience was the icing on the cake.“

“Fantastic food, even the children’s meals were extremely tasty! The only quick service place in Disney I’ve come across where fries do not come included with the meal (except kids meals) and the fries are not standard Disney fries, so be prepared for that, my daughter did not like that change. It took a long time for the food to be ready and the place was very loud, but the food was still great!“

“We love Cape May. There is such a variety of food choices for kids & adults. Seafood, meats, soups, salads, & more and so many desserts! People are always refreshing and cleaning up the buffet areas. Waiting staff is constantly stopping to refill drinks & take our used dishes away. “Not the first time we’ve dined here but the first time we were disappointed in the quality of the meal. My soup was barely room temperature so much so that the Gruyère hadn’t melted. My salmon was a tad warmer but the accompanying rice and vegetables, not so much. This was quickly addressed by our server who delivered impeccable service. Raphael was an excellent server and I would recommend his service. For the cost of the meal, my expectations were not met or exceeded by the quality of the meal. We dined at 4:00 PM at the start of dinner service so I would have thought everything would have been top notch.“

“My first character dinner was here today. Food was okay, but I especially liked the beef stew. The characters came around to my table at least twice each. The most interactive one today was Pluto. Mickey and Minnie being the most popular took a little longer to visit. It wasn’t till the end that a cast member offered to take my picture with my son for a character. That’s my only negative. So I only have a picture with goofy, my son and myself. The rest were single shots taken by myself or my son. The experience was worth it just to see my sons face lit up like a jack o lantern the whole time!“

“We had breakfast served by Tyrone, and everything was great. A couple of us had the Olivia's Breakfast and a few had the Banana Bread French Toast. Tyrone has a great personality and was entertaining whole providing good service. We look forward to visiting again on our next vacation!“

“Shiki-Sai was one of the highlights of my visit to EPCOT.

I’ll admit, this isn’t the cheapest meal you’ll find in the park. I decided to splurge on some of Japan’s most prized offerings, including toro and uni, and it was worth every penny.

What makes this restaurant special is its commitment to authenticity. Many of the fish selections are sourced directly from Japan, and you can taste the difference. Everything felt exceptionally fresh, and each dish was prepared with incredible attention to detail.

The food alone would be enough to recommend this place, but the service elevated the entire experience. The staff was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was warm, gracious, and attentive. The servers embodied the kind of politeness and hospitality that many people associate with Japanese culture, and it added so much to the overall atmosphere.

If you’re looking for a quick meal, there are certainly less expensive options in EPCOT. But if you appreciate high-quality sushi and want an authentic dining experience, Shiki-Sai is absolutely worth the splurge.

“The Refreshment Outpost was such a fun stop during EPCOT’s Drink Around the World challenge! I ordered the Outpost Lemonade, and the frozen lemonade with Absolut Vodka was refreshing and perfect for the Florida heat. What really made this stop stand out was the atmosphere. I loved the interactive musical instruments, especially the drums, which let guests join in and create a lively, energetic experience. It was a fun place to relax, enjoy a drink, and soak up the atmosphere before heading to the next country.“

“Food was really good, it was raining so there was no where to sit inside. We ended up eating in the lobby. Food was hot and fresh. We tried the Thai meatballs with rice the sauce was really good. Also tried the pork sandwich was very good and balanced. Had the poly chips and they were good. It was really busy so order well in advance.“
