Grazi and Luana were absolutely perfect, Ronan was also so kind and helpful. There was also a very kind man bringing us the grillades. We had plenty of tasteful food, plenty of smiles and lovely people helping us. The staff is polite and attentive, working together to provide a wonderful eating experience. “Wanted a memorable Anniversary dinner and we definitely got it at Maxine's on Shine. It is nestled in a residential neighborhood so parking during peak times can be a bit tricky. We did make a reservation and arrived shortly after they opened at 5pm. Our immediate feel was that we were entering a speakeasy. Cool decorations,intimate yet casual indoor/outdoor seating, private dining area in rear and plenty of staff. Tables and bar were starting to fill up for their happy hour. Mia our server made her introduction and took great care of us throughout. They had a three course magical special along with regular dinner menu. We started with libations then onto a caprese salad appetizer. Our entrees were Maxines Chicken and Pasta and Beef Lasagna (a recipe taken from the former Italian restaurant that occupied the same space).
Both were delicious! We passed on dessert but one of the owners (Mr. Maxine) cane to our table and personally toasted us with a limerick and champagne. We truly welcome the opportunity to return with or without an occasion. Enjoy!“

“It was our first time visiting for magical dining. We actually arrived an hour earlier than our scheduled reservation and they seated us immediately. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was superb! Katrina, our server provided detailed explanations of the menu and gave great recommendations. Even before we entered, Peter, the valet, welcomed us like we were old friends. He recommended Ana’s Cosmo, which was divine. The meal came in “waves” and each wave seemed interchangeable and complemented the previous one. We wanted for nothing the entire evening. Christopher, the general manager, was attentive and made us feel at home. Overall, it was a lovely evening and we will definitely return—only next time we will book a room at the Wave Hotel and make it a proper staycation.“

“Amazing is the only one word that comes to our minds. The restaurant itself is very modern looking but has that touch of Thai to make us feel at home. And the star of the show besides the great cooks was Pen! She was so awesome and sensor from her greeting at the door to her interactions with my two daughters. Who just thought she was so nice and Awesome. The appearance of the food was amazing when it arrived at our table and the taste was even more amazing. I was doing keto so I was only having the salad with chicken (which was very good) but my wife and son were raving about the pizza being the best they ever had... and we've had lots of pizza. So I broke my keto diet and tried a slice... it was great.“

“Big rave to this restaurant. An honest mistake was made and a few items were missing from our Uber Eats delivery. I contacted the restaurant and they immediately admitted to the error. Their asst manager personally drove the missing items directly to our hotel and even threw in some free dessert! They went over and above to quickly address and fix the issues! Would highly recommend them and the food was great.“
