Miguel M was our server and despite it being quite busy, managed to remain attentive and caring while still giving us our privacy and space. The exterior and interior were both beautifully decorated. “It was our first time visiting for magical dining. We actually arrived an hour earlier than our scheduled reservation and they seated us immediately. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was superb! Katrina, our server provided detailed explanations of the menu and gave great recommendations. Even before we entered, Peter, the valet, welcomed us like we were old friends. He recommended Ana’s Cosmo, which was divine. The meal came in “waves” and each wave seemed interchangeable and complemented the previous one. We wanted for nothing the entire evening. Christopher, the general manager, was attentive and made us feel at home. Overall, it was a lovely evening and we will definitely return—only next time we will book a room at the Wave Hotel and make it a proper staycation.“

“One of my favorite things I’ve eaten all year! One bite of the salmon-miso onigiri and I was transported back to memories of my trip to Tokyo. UniGirl opens at noon, selling a variety of onigiri flavors, a delicious keylime tart, and very cute Shiba Inu-themed merchandise. It’s themed like a Japanese convenience store, and it’s so fun to watch the onigiri be prepared and packaged. Highly recommended for authentic Japanese onigiri! 🍙“

“I am a server, and Juliana was running the front of house almost completely solo. She was hosting, bussing, and food running, ON TOP OF BEING THE ONLY SERVER ON THE FLOOR! The fact that this restaurant offers an “all you can eat” option, means that she was running exponentially more food than a typical server would have to, and taking many more orders! She was outstanding!! Food was delicious as well, but we would come back just for Juliana!!! <3 10 out of 10!!!“

- Food is amazing about as close to sushi in Japan as you’re going to get.
- Matcha S’more is a great way to end the meal.

Cons:
- The time window is a little short. Feels like a 70 minute experience that has to be completed in 60.
- The standing sushi concept is a bit strange. If it’s to try to mimic standing sushi spots in Japan…those are often causal $5-$10 meals in small markets with space for stools/chairs. This is a $100+ dinner in a building that has plenty of space for seats.

“The food was absolutely delicious, especially the yellow tail tartar fire. However, the service could have been better. We felt rushed and didn’t feel as welcomed as we would have liked. The fried Yuka with tuna was flavorful, but the Yuka bite was too large, overpowering the taste of the fish. These are just a few suggestions to improve the overall experience.
Despite these minor issues, we’re definitely coming back to this location!“

“My husband and I came for the first time today. It was very welcoming, clean, prompt service, and the food was SO good! I got the grilled beef ramen and my husband got the grilled beef over rice and the Philadelphia roll. Everything was so delicious! “Came here during our annual family Florida trip. As I was walking by I saw that this place has Bento Boxes, so I was intrigued. I got the chicken bento box and a couple of chicken egg rolls to try on the side, my wife got the steak bento box. It was good, much better than I was expecting! And the value for money is good too, it's not your typical overpriced mall food that you can just make at home.“
