“This is my favorite Chinese food. (Or Japanese idk) it's the best. And they give huge portions. Been going here for years and the people are very nice. I little tip, if you ask for the food to go it seems like a slightly bigger portion size. Just saying. Sadly it's in a dying mall and the next nearby one is all the way in Orlando.“

Never have I ever felt more disrespected than today 4/30/22 from an employee at Yabi that had the audacity to call me a liar when I called to explain to them that they didn’t give me the rolls I ordered. I order shrimp, krab, and salmon rolls. What I got was 2 salmon and 1 krab. My kid started eating from it not realizing what I had ordered until most of it was gone but this was the remainders of each row/set. No shrimp pictured. They asked me to send them a picture and they still are telling me I am a liar. And if I don’t like it why did I eat it. I never said I didn’t like the food or that my child didn’t, I am simply stating that I got two of one roll and not my shrimp. Simple. Instead I get called a liar?! This narcissistic ran business will never get another penny from me and I was a regular. I should’ve known something was off about this place when I overheard other customers complaining out front about their workers not washing their hands or changing gloves. Absolutely unbelievable how much gaslighting this employee. Telling me to bring back the whole plate after I said that’s all that’s remaining…& he would give me a $100 but I can’t now can I because it was eaten. Like wtf is wrong with people?!?“
