Touken Sushi - Lake Mary Reviews
We had a great meal at Touken Sushi - Lake Mary. We ordered a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and a few appetizers to share. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, with flavorful combinations and good-quality ingredients. We also tried the gyoza, which had a crispy outside and savory filling. A great spot for a relaxed Japanese meal with plenty of variety.
Sushi was wonderful
Touken is consistently the best! My husband and I have been going frequently since it opened. The sushi quality is top notch, by far the best in the area. The wait times for food can be long but they have a warning about it at every table. It’s totally worth it!!
I keep bringing new people and they have all been extremely pleased.
Prices are on point for quality. Get a combo! The Nozomi is my go to.

Touken Sushi - Lake Mary is a Japanese restaurant that offers a relaxed meal with plenty of variety. The sushi quality is top notch, by far the best in the area. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, flavorful, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The sushi rolls, sashimi, and appetizers are fresh and nicely presented, with flavorful combinations and good-quality ingredients. The gyoza has a crispy outside and savory filling. The Nozomi is a go-to combo. The Philadelphia truffle roll is 10/10, and the Cheese roll is also worth trying. The fried cheesecake dessert is the best dessert in a long time. The spicy tuna rolls have real pieces of tuna, like cuts of tuna and not minced or mixed with fillers. The roles have a great filling to Rice ratio, and the fish and other fillings are high-quality and tasty. The coconut shrimp were overcooked, very crunchy and dry, served solo, with no dipping sauce or other accompaniment. The staff is great, very friendly, cheerful, and accommodating. The atmosphere is very cool, with a great vibe and a beautiful space. The wait times for food can be long, but there is a warning about it at every table. Prices are on point for quality. The refills on waters could have been better. This is one of the best Japanese restaurants in the area.
