“We went for the first time about a month ago. It was delicious! My favorite was the spicy tuna pizza 😋 😋 We will be back. Make note they are closed on Monday.“

“I visited with some friends for their lunch special.

We were seated as soon as we arrived. The wait wasn’t too long. Food was served within 10 minutes after ordering.

The fish was decent nothing special. Spicy mayo was complimentary.

The rice served within the teriyaki chicken though had a bad after taste and was very dry. There was a sour taste and the rice had a yellow hue to it.

Great for a quick bite of sushi.“

“Fuji Express is my favorite DeLand sushi and hibachi spot. The Salmon Bento box is a deal. A generous, tasty piece of salmon with Gyoza, steamed rice and California roll. The Hibachi Special is also tasty. I love the Avocado salad, the soups, and the sushi rolls. Green tea mochi is a favorite for dessert. The staff all are super friendly and helpful.“

“Absolutely great. From the Poké bowl to the Hibachi and the sushi rolls, fresh and yummy.“

“We discovered this place while looking for somewhere with a decent chicken tempura and we ended up sampling a few things. Everything we tried from the rolls to the chicken to the soup were good. And the portion sizes were real nice as well, ended up with enough food leftover for a whole nother meal. Prices were reasonable as well. Definitely will be coming back.

The only knock, if I had to give it one, was there seemed to be only one server working there (there was a now hiring sign in the window so maybe that's why) and things came out a bit slow, but not like in deal breaker way.“
