You can definitely tell that this restaurant is more concerned with quantity over quality. They try and squeeze you at a table with so many people that you are basically hitting elbows with each other. We had reservation for 6:15 PM and waited 30 min to be seated. After being seated, we waited 40 minutes watching the other half of our table eating while nobody even came to take a drink order from us. After finally getting our drinks, we were told that they didn’t have any straws....read full review
not the best time. Florida benihana visit. both bdays at our table were forgotten. host was very unenthuiastic . cook was mixed up on order and gave unenthuiastic performance. waitress was also smiles but almost forgot my lemonade refill and when completing bill payment she had me publicly announce tip. at all resterants I've ever been 2..they never asked you out front. 2 of 4 stars
We waited for nearly two hours and didn’t even get served a drink. Our reservations were at 7:45 and we finally left at 9:40. There was no AC and it was hot in the building. No one was friendly and it was a horrible experience.
