- Food is amazing about as close to sushi in Japan as you’re going to get.
- Matcha S’more is a great way to end the meal.
Cons:
- The time window is a little short. Feels like a 70 minute experience that has to be completed in 60.
- The standing sushi concept is a bit strange. If it’s to try to mimic standing sushi spots in Japan…those are often causal $5-$10 meals in small markets with space for stools/chairs. This is a $100+ dinner in a building that has plenty of space for seats.
Overall though, I’d definitely recommend and come back.“

“Absolutely amazing experience at Kabuki Sushi in Orlando! Everything was spectacular from beginning to end. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every plate looked amazing, and the flavors were even better. The atmosphere was great, the service was excellent, and the whole experience was wonderful.
A special thank you to Mackanzie, our server, who made the visit even more perfect. She was kind, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was just right. Her service was truly outstanding. She checked on us with a great attitude and made us feel very welcome.
Everything was wonderful — the food, the presentation, the attention, the service, and the overall experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend Kabuki Sushi! McKenzie deserves special recognition for making our visit unforgettable.“

“We had a great experience while here on Spring Break. Joel “Is Blowing Up” our chef was hilarious and kept the energy up the entire time he cooked for us. We had two young kids with us and sat with another family that had 4 children and we were all near tears of laughter the entire time! Thank you for a GREAT experience!“

“Tried this place for the first time, got the 6 hand rolls for $40 and it was delicious. Everything was really fresh and made promptly - which i was pleasantly surprised about because at the time we went, most seats were full with just one chef making the rolls. Service was friendly and attentive. Would definitely return to try to tastings“

“The atmosphere was gorgeous. They also have an outdoor patio area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining the setup and how it works to order what is right for you. And the food... was not what I imagined at all. It was AMAZING! And beautifully arranged. Every veggie and seafood item was very fresh! I give 5 of 5 stars. I had tempura shrimp, crab salad, extra tempura shrimp, red cabbage, carrots, scallions, and eel sauce. The bowls are $16 a piece, but good size portions. Will definitely go back 100%. I wish I had taken photos before I devoured it. Lol Thank you guys!“

“10/10! I would absolutely recommend the Nona bomb!! (Deep fried stuffed avocado with krab, tuna, drizzled with spicy mayo and eel sauce). Plum wine is even better! Went in today for an early dinner and got to be seated at the bar right in front of the sushi chefs. Ordered 4 rolls and definitely didn’t expect for it to be served on a sushi boat❤️❤️❤️ fish was impeccable and extremely fresh. Service was very top tier and didn’t have to ask for anything. Brought my husband here expecting him to only like the Nona bomb, ended up buying 4 rolls, a bottle of wine, he loved the food so much he even got a bowl of (new) ramen after! We will definitely be back for another date night. Thank you Nona Sushi“

Truly felt like being in Japan, which makes it even cooler.
We loved the tiny little details, the droid, the Japanese toilet in the restrooms, the check in and payment process, and the friendly staff.
Sushi is good though not extraordinary (crunchy and spider were our favorites). Great for a family or group outing.“

“Pros: The food came out quickly and was delicious, our waiter was attentive, the location is central to many things to do in Orlando, the prices are good (considering the location and the plate sizes), the music is cool and the vibe is awesome. “Our daughter surprised our family with a visit to this restaurant as a big birthday gathering and it was by far the best sushi we had in the city. The chefs were beyond phenomenal. Food was immaculate and incredibly fresh. The manager Jay was extraordinarily kind and friendly as well as Erika and our server Alicia. All of them were incredibly attentive and ensured our maximum comfort throughout the experience. Truly unforgettable and made a lasting memory for us as a family.“

And while a bit overwhelming, never felt pressured by way of what to order or how much. So it provided a great avenue to try different things more “safely” for inexperienced sushi eaters.“

“We visited for the first time on a late Friday night and had a wonderful experience. We ordered several skewers and sashimi sets, all of which were fresh and delicious. We particularly enjoyed the pot of hot green tea served on a burner. The highlight of the evening was the service; our server, Jessica, was amazing! She was very attentive and took great care of us. With the kitchen open late and late-night happy-hour drinks, Oza Izakaya has become one of our top choices for a return visit. Thank you!“
