“I had the best birthday dinner at Kabooki Sushi’s Sand Lake location! From the moment we sat down, Kaitlin made the experience exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, gave amazing recommendations, and was so friendly and attentive throughout the evening.

Everything we ordered was outstanding. The Hamachi Crudo was fresh and flavorful, the LV Roll was delicious, the Sticky Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the Ube Cheesecake was the perfect way to end the meal. Every single dish exceeded our expectations.

The manager also stopped by to check on us, which really showed how much the team cares about providing a great dining experience.

I had tempura shrimp, crab salad, extra tempura shrimp, red cabbage, carrots, scallions, and eel sauce. The bowls are $16 a piece, but good size portions. Will definitely go back 100%. “Is neat that they have a sushi bar at the hotel and it generally has an open seat even though they only have few. The food tasted fresh and it was good enough for a quick bite or craving if you don’t want to go out that night.
I dined there 2 nights and both night the chef seemed flustered, no eye contact or interaction, no pleasantries, there was a waitress that came to ask for drinks and orders and she gave them to the chef. The drink menu was limited, no Sapporo’s or Asahi’s
And I guess funny to me that they had catchup, mayo and mustard for sushi condiments.“
